How to participate

In the spirit of this community, only people who shared their tune on our subreddit will be considered for the winners podium. Tunes must be posted before the challenge closes, in a post of its own. If it isn't posted I'll move to the next person in line for the position.
For most challenges, the easiest way is to join our in-game club, that way your best time is automatically uploaded to the club leaderboard, unless your fastest lap ever isn't with a car that respects this week restrictions. You'll find a link to join at the bottom of this post. Because of game restrictions, some challenges will require to manually submit a time under this post or in a dedicated channel on our Discord server. If so it will be specified in the challenge description. Of course dirty lap times with a (!) won't qualify you.
If your best time isn't uploaded to the leaderboard, either because you were faster in another car or aren't in our club, we won't be able to validate your lap time.
If that happens, you'll have to upload video proof of your time as a comment under this post

It has finally come time to replace my current vehicle. I commute around 100 miles/day, 6 days per week. I’d like to get something that is still relatively “fun” but won’t be uncomfortable or impractical. Basically I don’t want to drive a small crossover or small eco box.
Basic needs: 4 doors Over 25 mpg highway 250+ HP Budget-$27,000
I’m currently driving my wife’s old Jeep Compass as we traded in my truck last year when I started commuting to my current job. She’s been driving our new car, a Ford Edge, since we didn’t want to put a ton of miles on the new car. I drive it once or twice per week but would rather buy something I enjoy to drive every day.

Contrast that to Advance Wars
AW1: 0.70 million [2001]
AW2: 0.65 million [2003]
AWDS: 0.39 million [2005]
AWDoR: 0.61 million [2008]
Admittedly, Fire Emblem's best selling game was higher than Advance Wars and its lowest selling game was also higher than Advance Wars unless you want to factor in FE12 which I do not because it wasn't released in the West, the largest market.
However, I find it interesting that despite FE selling approximately 500-600 thousands copies within the years 2005-2010, IS decided to continue all the way to 2013 when Awakening finally far surpassed previous FE and AW games with an impressive 2+ million sales.
On the other hand, admittedly AW did worse in both the GBA era and after the GBA era with a range of approximately 0.65-0.70 million sales compared to FE's 0.85-1.0 million during the GBA era and 0.40-0.60 million sales compared to 0.5-0.6 million sales after but it is only marginally worse in the latter half of the decade.
This begs the question, is the sales difference really that big to justify continuing FE while dropping AW? I'm pretty sure FE had higher production value due to all the dialogue that needs to be written so the slightly higher sales doesn't lend me to believe that FE was significantly more profitable.
I remember reading an interview that IS stopped making AW games because they didn't know which direction to take the series so perhaps they simply did not have to creative motivation to continue AW unlike FE where they did.

Hello! Trying to fix my Fallout 4 as it wont go above 30 fps, I use the F4 Config tool as was recommended and changed the Vsync to 2, this made it way too fast, Vsync 1 only gives me 30 fps and 0 gives me 20 fps. How do I fix this? here is my mod list

I brought my car in to get my radio/heater assembly replaced on 5/2. Today, I still have not heard anything from them. I was originally told it would be 5-7 days for my heater assembly to arrive and yet they still havent recieved it. I decided to escalate my complaint to ford tech support and spoke with three different representatives yet they all gave me different responses, one told me a week (3 weeks ago,) one told me supply chain shortage and one straight up said that they didn't have any authority to check. It's a 2018 Ford Fusion Energi with 115000 miles on it so lemon law doesn't apply with my car. I've asked for a rental in the meantime yet they said my car is out of warranty so I would have to pay out of pocket. I've been forced to take rides from my friends due to this and have been late to work/meetings because of it. Is there anything I can do in this situation? Do I have to wait it out? Is there anyone else i could talk to?

Starlink Versions

Starlink V0.9

The first batch of starlink sats launched in the new starlink formfactor. Each sat had a launch mass of 227kg. They have only a Ku-band antenna installed on the sat. Many of them are now being actively deorbited

Starlink V1.0

The upgraded productional batch of starlink sats ,everyone launched since Nov 2019 belongs to this version. Upgrades include a Ka-band antenna. The launch mass increased to ~260kg.

Starlink DarkSat

Darksat is a prototype with a darker coating on the bottom to reduce reflectivity, launched on Starlink V1.0-L2. Due to reflection in the IR spectrum and stronger heating, this approach was no longer pursued

Starlink VisorSat

VisorSat is SpaceX's currently approach to solve the reflection issue when the sats have reached their operational orbit. The first prototype was launched on Starlink V1.0-L7 in June 2020. Starlink V1.0-L9 will be the first launch with every sat being an upgraded VisorSat

Starlink V1.5

These satellites include laser links to other satellites. Prototype lasers were launched to polar orbits on Transporter 1 & 2 with production launches beginning with Starlink 2-1.

So a few months ago, I filled my tank at a gas station I don't usually go to. The needle went above full when it never does that anywhere else with the same amount of gas. Immediately after, my car started having this issue of losing power going uphill and also when I need to overtake. I had also just gotten a tire change and topped up fluids. Long story short, we hit a deer in my 2017 Ford Fusion and decided not to bother with an insurance claim. I’m looking for a parts manual of some sort that will tell me which parts I need for the front bumper, along with a visual diagram of how to put it back together. We’ve been salvaging parts from junkyards and buying them online. I want to make sure I’m getting everything I need before I start taking everything apart. I’m new to this and not sure how to find anything like this online, I keep seeing owners manuals which is not exactly what I’m looking for. Links would be great but would also just welcome any information! Thank you!

Hey everyone!
I'm in need of some guidance and advice regarding an intermittent stalling problem I've been experiencing with my 2013 Ford Focus equipped with a 1.0 EcoBoost engine.
The problem occurred today while idling, as I was waiting for the car to warm up. Out of the blue, the engine stalled with a loud thud sound and a sudden lurch forward. It's worth noting that my foot was on the clutch (clutch all the way in), and the car was in gear. The oil light came on at the moment of stalling, but it disappeared once I restarted the car. Also worth noting that I tried to purposely stall the car and the thud wasn’t as loud (car did slightly lurch forward). The thud I’m describing is almost as if someone rear-ended me, but the sound came from the engine
Here are some additional details: - This stalling issue happened in the past, but it hadn't occurred for about a year until recently. - It has also occurred at very low speeds (<20km/hr) before (clutch all the way in, and car in 1-2 gear) - The car had not been started for 2-3 days leading up to this incident. - A major service was recently performed (3 months ago), including the replacement of air filters, oil, and spark plugs. - Since the incident, the car has been driven on the motorway for 6-8 miles without any issues and restarted fine after being parked for 30 minutes. - Last year, when I went to service my car (thats when I bought it), the mechanic told me that the oil pressure sensor was disconnected and that he simply reconnected it.
This car has been driven for approximately 6000 miles since I bought it, and this issue has occurred only 3 times. I’m hoping its some weird sensor malfunction. If you have experienced what this is or know what could be potentially wrong, please do let me know!
