Refining u/jchutney's First Map to 6 Lines (with My Own Addition)
I have some great ideas for u/jchutney's first map. Six lines provide excellent connection throughout the city with possible extensions. I added a few new lines to improve the flow in the city, with the 5 train being mostly my own idea. All stations are preserved from the original map.
I can't draw digitally except on MS Paint (although I'm trying to learn using vector drawing software) so I draw on paper. I have some nice paper with grids that help me with the task.
I put five pairs of cross-platform transfer stations like the ones in Hong Kong MTR, denoted with these symbols next to the station: X, /, (, ). X and / mean trains travel in the same direction on both sides of the platform, while ( and ) is the opposite direction. Two more pairs can be placed on the loops.
There are also single cross-platform transfer stations across the network. Some lines share tracks, such as 1 and 3 longitudinally on the "Main St" (as u/jchutney mentioned in the original map) and 2 and 3 in the top right corner. The interlining can also work like cross platform transfer in some sense. I intensionally decreased the interlining to two lines so that the schedule can be kept simple, especially if thr budget is cut to share tracks with multiple lines on both loops (currently I have quadruple tracks on shared routing).
Some possible variations of service are:
A. Occasionally 3 terminates at Miller Crossing, which is why 3 merges into 1 on the map.
B. 2 runs shuttle services (either through-running on 4 for one loop or to Huckleberry) to fill up the southern part of the line that doesn't interline with 3.
C. 5 sometimes runs to the Airport on the 6 to provide airport connections during weekends (when the track capacity opens up).
D. Have 3 run express on Main St. This can be done with quadruple tracks all the way or bypass loops at certain stations. I prefer quadruple tracks of course, although I designed many networks without.
Extensions can be made on all termini of the lines, including 3 at Airport to the east. A prospective 7 can run parallel to 1/3 and extend north and southeast of the city.
Also this is my first post on this sub. If I have time I would like to share more about my previously designed networks. All on paper and these include both maps and diagrams.

What You Get:

MODULE 1

YOUR PROFITABLE PRODUCT IDEA

Designing a Blockbuster Hit Starts Here
The best products start with the best and most profitable ideas — which don’t happen by chance nor by waiting for lightning to strike.
It takes a proven process to zero in on the idea with the potential to fly off the shelves.
In this module, you’ll discover my Profitable Product Idea. You will:
  • Choose the best product and audience for you to profit from right now
  • Make sure your Idea passes all 7 Criteria of the Profitable Niche Checklist
  • Express your Idea in one simple phrase that attracts your target market in droves
  • Pre-validate there’s demand for your Idea in a way that automatically lines up your future customers
  • Create your Profitable Product Idea Blueprint so you have everything in one place
This process was developed over 7 years and 7,000 students, and can shave months or even years off your journey from idea to profit.
Whether you don’t have any ideas, or you have too many ideas, or you’re not sure whether your idea will work, your Blockbuster Hit Product starts here.
MODULE 2

YOUR IDEA TO MARKET BLUEPRINT

Turning Your Idea Into an Irresistible Offer
In this module, you’ll take your profitable idea and transform it into the kind of thing folks will line up to buy.
We call it your “Offer”, and it’s the scaffolding around your idea that makes it real. Elements such as:
  • Your blockbuster course name, your price point, your guarantee, bonuses and the reasons to buy now
  • The points of credibility that create massive buyer trust — even if you’re just getting started
  • Your uniquely valuable “process” — how you go about getting your students results (a huge selling point)
  • The social proof to start attracting paying customers immediately, even if this is the first time you’re doing this
The right offer can triple or even quadruple your sales, while the wrong offer will turn a great Idea into a ghost town.
By the end of this module, you’ll have the deep confidence that comes from knowing that everything you’re creating is exactly what your audience wants to buy.
Now you’ll be ready for Module 3, where we’ll start building!
MODULE 3

YOUR MVP LAUNCH

Creating Your Minimal Viable Product & Getting to Market Fast
By the end of this module, you’ll create just enough of your new program or course to be able to start making real, actual sales to real actual customers.
So many programs stop short of this critical step, and leave you stranded, wondering how to bridge the gap between theory and practice. That’s a huge mistake, because it’s critical to test the real world response to your offer before you create your whole course or product, while you still have time to make easy changes and pivots.
Some folks hit it out of the park on the first try, while others need to refine and adjust for a few cycles before they land on just the right thing. Either way, this process ensures you never waste months and thousands of dollars creating the wrong thing.
In this Module you’ll:
  • Use the “paint-by-numbers” MVP process to choose the exact pieces of your product and how they fit together
  • Finalize your Launch “Blueprint”, including the exact concrete steps to get to market FAST and start making sales straight away
  • Choose and deploy one of the 3 simple marketing & promotion campaigns to locate and find the people most likely to want to buy from you
  • Copy/paste from our pre-written campaign messaging templates to immediately have people wanting to know more (versus tuning out or scrolling past)
  • Follow the word-for-word sales scripts to confidently sell your MVP and start taking money even before the end of the module!
MODULE 4

SUPERCHARGE YOUR MARKETING

Reach Even More People & Make Even More Sales
Now that you’ve proven your offer by making some sales, our optional Module 4 is where you can take your marketing even further by stacking 2-3 campaigns together to create a supercharged, multiplier effect.
Whether you stack simple campaigns, requiring little-to-no technology, or more robust campaigns — this is how you realize Goal X. A whole lot more. Whatever that looks like to you.
In this Module, get ready to turn a handful of sales into an avalanche:
  • Get our EIGHT pre-written ready-to-go “Experience Marketing” Campaigns that you can just plug right in
  • Recieve my entire vault of pre-written scripts, emails, web page templates, sales & video scripts that you can take and customize or just use “as is” — they’re yours and they’ve generated literally millions of dollars for my other students
  • Create a Custom Campaign Stack that suits your dominant marketing style — whether you prefer to sell through 1:1 conversations, speaking to groups, or writing — so marketable feels easier than it ever has before
  • Recieve my entire vault of pre-written scripts, emails and web page templates that you can take and customize or just use “as is” — they’re yours and they’ve generated literally millions of dollars for my other students
  • Stand out with your marketing in a powerful, unique, fresh and engaging way that gets the attention of your ideal customers, which is 99% of the battle in today’s noisy marketplace, so you can make some real money
After that, we start to really dial up the “WOW” for your students…
MODULE 5

EXPERIENCE ESCALATION

Supercharge Your Results
Now that you’ve proven your product with real sales and you have a plan for reaching even more people and making even more money, this is where we pour fuel on the fire by “experiencifying” your course.
“Experiencification” is the process of stacking the 10 Core Experiences of The Experience Formula™ into every element of your Experience Product, to increase the effectiveness of your product by 10-30 times.
In this Module you’ll:
  • “Experiencify” your program with the 10 Core Experiences of The Experience Formula™ to create an engaging experience that works with (rather than against) the brain to get your customers “hooked” on taking action and getting results
  • Watch as your students spontaneously put down distractions and excuses and become “achievement machines”, focused on taking action, getting results and bringing more customers your way
  • Embed a powerful process for gathering success stories right into your course, so you can quickly have dozens if not hundreds of glowing testimonials (this is how I ended up with 1480 testimonials and counting for EPM!)

2023.06.06 04:48 aluminiumcold Fuel filter

Fuel filter
A fuel filter is a device that removes contaminants from gasoline, diesel, or other types of fuel before it reaches the engine. This helps to protect the engine and improve its performance by ensuring that only clean fuel is burned. Fuel filters are usually located in the fuel line between the fuel tank and the engine, and they may be replaced periodically as part of routine maintenance.

2023.06.06 04:42 ElectionOk898 IBS due to chronic masturbation!!

Hi Everyone,
Around 7 years ago after I finished college and was waiting/looking for a job, i got into addiction of chronic masturbation, I would masturbate multiple times a day and continued this for 6-8 months.
During this time , i did develop some digestive issues, but I thought they would be temporary and just go away after I stop. I also had severa hair fall during this time.
Thankfully I joined my job and got really busy, my hairfall stopped few months down the line but digestive issues persits till date.
I suffer from incomplete bowel movement primarily due to which I have to go to the washroom multiple times a day and it has severely affected my movements and quality of life, I also have some bloating and gerd but they are mild in comparison.
If someone else also suffers/ suffered from the same issue and has been able to resolve.
Please Help 🙏🙏

The Words of the Heavenly Regiment, Part V

You can get used to air alarms, power and communication interruptions, curfew restrictions, but never to the loss of people. Ukrainians painfully experience the loss of each defender, even if they may not have known them personally. The full-scale war united the entire country, and we owe our lives to everyone who died at the front and who defends our lands now.
We continue to publish quotes from heroes who fought for the free future of Ukraine. Each soldier from this Heavenly regiment deserves eternal honor and memory, so we must do everything to continue their struggle with dignity and remember the price of freedom.

2023.06.06 04:39 sarahlindseylove Learned of possible new sibling

I (41F) recently was contacted by a woman (60F) who said she had a baby with my father who has been deceased since 2006 (at the age of 62). Her son is 33.
I’m not surprised by this. My father loved women and they loved him. He was single at the time he dated this woman, and I vaguely remember her as I was only about 5-6 then. In fact, I’ve always jokingly said, “I’m the youngest of 7….. that I know of.”
She told me some history between her and my Dad that ended up with her leaving and telling him that he was not the father, when in fact, he was (according to her). The things she told me, while not impossible, are things I’ve never known about my Dad to be true, such as him being abusive in one instance, and then suicidal in another. None of his wives or gfs, including my Mom, have ever mentioned him being violent or having mental health problems. They all talked about him being unfaithful, but not violent.
I’m of the belief that she has her story, and my Dad would have his own, but he isn’t here to defend himself or tell his side, and I think it’s disrespectful for me to entertain her story or believe her. This all happened 33-34 years ago. It has made me very uneasy.
I have yet to speak to her son, though I’m open to forming a relationship with him if it turns out to be true. I had a very good relationship with my dad, and I don’t want those other things to be true. Does it even matter at this point if her story is truth?
I’ve asked that she get an ancestry kit for her son, since I did it several years ago, to confirm our dna matches. I would rather not open the lines of communication until I’m sure. I have a family to protect. Is there any other reason I should be wary of this situation?
Also… she says she wanted to reach out before but could never find information on my brother, mother, or me until recently.

2023.06.06 04:38 FireITGuy 2004 GMC Savana - sudden wiring issue?

Hi mechanics.
I've got a 2004 GMC Savannah 1500. On a road trip today it started a check engine light and became stuck in second gear.
I was able to limp it home and pull the codes. Whoo boy, it's a list.
I suspect the issue is electrical, as it seems unlikely all of these would fail at once. It had a replacement transmission with a 50k warranty installed about 30K ago, so i suspect the shifting issue is the solenoids, not the trans itself.
Any tips on where I should start checking the wiring? It's a ton of stuff, so I'm guessing it all shares a common connection.

2023.06.06 04:27 istrueorfalse Statistical Test for Comparing Independent Non-Normally Distributed Datasets

Hello everyone, I have two independent or unpaired datasets that measure server performance, each consisting of 20 test samples. I'm interested in determining whether there is a significant difference between them. However, the distribution is not normal because all the sample in each data set have similiar result . I've been reading about t-tests and the Mann-Whitney U test, but I'm unsure which method would be appropriate in this case. Could anyone advise on the best statistical test to use here? Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you!

2023.06.06 04:12 CarAtunk817 Thoughts on 2023.

First of all. We were there in 21, and I think we were the only ones who had a good time. It was our first festival so maybe we don't know what a well run fest is.
  1. Zach killed it. I was looking for the post down about 180 days ago crying he was a headliner saying he didn't deserve it. I wonder if OP went this year. The energy on Saturday was all him, and he didn't disappoint. He also showed up on stage with two other artist on both days. I wonder if he thinks the same now? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=--7tVUDMj3o
  2. Lines, water, food, bathrooms, and shade were all better. Even local medias biggest issue is ride shares/traffic/hotels. (Legit gripe, but also LEX isn't set up for that. RB literally added 1/5 of the total population to the city.) Would love to see better logistics if they continue at Red Mile.
  3. The Lineup was 100% my jam.
  4. Performance highlights.
    1. Marcus Mumford - Kansas City
    2. Nathaniel Ratliff - I'm on your side.
    3. Head and the Heart - Rivers and Roads (Bonus ZB duo too.)
    4. Weezer - My name is Jonas.
    5. Sierra Ferrel - Don't let me Down (Beatles cover)
    6. Nickle Creek - Light house tale
    7. Lol. Sheryl Crow dropping "This song is older then your mom"
    8. Zach - Oklahoma Smoke Show.
Overall was a incredible time.
Complaints.
Saturday the vibe was awesome. Sunday UK kids wanted to fight everyone to the front so they could GenZ and talk instead of watching the music. Why did you fight your way down to Limestone to face the other way to fight about football while music was on. Douche bags you're not that cool. Go home.
Acoustics near Limestone were off. Clearly had a lot of technical issues. Weird static, Guitars dropping out, sounded better at the entrance. Weird.
Overall. 9/10. Great success see y'all next year!!!

2023.06.06 04:11 restoring_man The Complete Guide to Foreskin Restoration

For those who are thinking about restoring but don't know where to start, I wrote a comprehensive guide which you can get at restoring-man.com
The reason I wrote this book is so anyone can get started right away without having to sift through all of the different forums and websites to find good information on restoration. I tried to make it as simple and easy to read as possible with step by step instructions, pictures, and diagrams. It has everything you need to know to restore your foreskin including:
-How restoration and skin expansion works
-Basic anatomy and functions of the foreskin, and what can be restored
-Beginner methods like T-Tape and the Canister method
-Various types of tapeless devices and how to use them
-The optimal amount of tension and time under tension for skin growth
-Customizing restoration and how to resolve turkey neck, uneven scar line, etc.
-Answers to most of the frequently asked questions about restoration
Men who were circumcised as adults and later restored report that they get back anywhere from 70-90% of function. With the newer devices that allow you to easily expand the inner mucosa, I think most men can get closer to 90%. If you follow the methods in the book, you should be able to finish restoring in 2 to 5 years. This may seem like a long time, but restoring really only takes about 10 minutes of active effort per day. Most of restoring is passive time under tension and you can go about your normal day. Improvements are also incremental, and most men notice significant improvements in as little as a few months. Obviously, I think it is very much worth it to restore. The only regret that I have heard from restored men is that they wish they had started sooner. So, if you want to start restoring, my hope is that this book will make it as easy as possible.
