Obtained by fusing with the [Saint's Heart] on Standless.
The Love Train move is unlocked by getting all corspe parts and having a Ticket To Ride user use their tear cutter on you after getting all the corspe parts. After resummoning your stand, the Ticket To Ride user will create a veil of golden light which encompasses you and after it disappears you automatically activate the (J) move: “Love Train!"
[Passive A]: President's Godly Will Due to the nature of the user's stand needing to access other dimensions by being in between two objects. Tables, chairs, opened cabinets, slightly opened door frames, and random crows will fly above the user, allowing the user to use their ability.
[Passive B]: Limited Arsenal The user will only have a limited amount of flags. They will only start off with 4? flags and when a move that requires a flag is used, one flag is deducted. They can regain flags by dealing 150 damage. However the user can still use the moves if they are nearby one of the objects spawned.
[Passive C]: Love Train The user has a meter below their HP bar that fills up whenever they deal or take damage when it reaches the full bar, they can activate Love Train.
(M1): Dictator's Backhand (LMB1): D4C does a quick jab to the targets shoulder dealing 8 damage
(LMB2): D4C does another jab on the target's other shoulder dealing 7 damage
(LMB3): D4C then kicks the shin of the target dealing 8 damage
(LMB4): D4C then does a backhand hit to the target's face dealing 10 damage
(LMB5): D4C then does a front kick to the target's abdomen dealing 12 damage and moderate knockback. [COOLDOWN]: 4.5 seconds
(E): Chop Rush D4C does a barrage of 20 chops dealing 1 damage each chop with an additional heavy chop that does 10 damage and slight knockback. [COOLDOWN]: 7.5 seconds
(R): Tyrant's Fist D4C rushes forward and gives a right book to the target's skull dealing a significant 30 damage and does moderate knockback. Breaks block [COOLDOWN]: 9.5 seconds
(G): Dimensional Domain The user throws a American flag beneath the target and charges forward tackling the target into the flag if it hits, they will then dive into another dimension which is filled with alternates of the target, they will be stuck in this dimension for 10 seconds where everything is the same except for AI NPCs of the target's alternates roaming around, if the target gets too close to one of them, they merge and explode as they break down into cubes dealing 38 damage. Blockable Uses 1 flag. [COOLDOWN]: 30 seconds
(T): “So his legs move" The user takes out their revovler with a 1.5 seconds animations and fires a rapid round of 6 spots by fanning the hammer. This does 5 damage with each shot. If this move is used, the ammo in the (T) move will be set to zero. Blockable [COOLDOWN]: 14.5 seconds
(Y): Lovely Dews of Fortune The user takes out a water jug and throws it into the air with the water droplets piercing through the user making parts of their body disappear until it fully does. When this happens, the user will be invisible and be able to travel through the objects summoned through his passive for 5 seconds and if once the time is up or the user presses (Y) again, they burst out from the object and heals themselves by 30 HP and removing any negative affects except for infinite rotation. [COOLDOWN]: 22 seconds
(H): “Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap" After a short 2 second animation of the user swirling and throwing a huge American flag forward, the user dives into the flag entering the old map of the game for 15 seconds where NPCs which are AIs roam the map, there are 4 main NPCs. Uses 1 flag.
The first NPC are alternates of the targets with a black aura which will roam around the spot where they were before the user used this move, if the user presses M1 on any of the alternates of the targets, the user will tackle them through a flag underneath them bringing them back to the base dimension, the alternate will then automatically walk towards the target, if not killed (40HP) before it reaches the target, they will merge as their bodies break down into cubes and a small explosion occurs dealing 55 damage.
The second NPCs are the groups of alternates of the user with a blue aura, if M1 is used on them, a small cutscene of the user talking to them as they shake hands and the screen goes black before the user remerges from the base dimension from an American flag with 3 clones of themselves. Each clone has 40 health and does M1s.
The third NPCs are singular alternates of the user with a red aura which carry guns, if M1 is used in them a small cutscene of the user talking to them and giving them money plays before the screen goes black and they emerge from the base dimension with the alternate by their side. The alternate has 100 HP and can use (T)
The fourth NPC is a singular alternate of the user who has a green aura, if M1 is used on them, they will talk before the screen goes black and the user reappears emerging from the flag with 45 HP healed saying doyjann. [COOLDOWN]: 55.5 seconds
(J): “LOVE TRAIN" The user will do a short animation of D4C summoning a golden veil of light, a pocket dimension The light will allow the user to walk anywhere, he can stand on air, go into the ground for 3 seconds and walk through walls. In this pocket dimension, he is invincible and will be invulnerable to all attacks. If hit by anything, all damage will be redirected to a random person in the server, but 10 damage is redirected back to the attacker. In this form, objects such as trees, walls and objects spawned by his passive will move towards the user dealing 5 damage if it hits somebody, the bigger the object the more damage it does. With each time it gets bigger, it does 5 extra damage with the max being a car that does 20 damage and the minimum being a cup sized object that does 5 damage. If a move is used by D4C it will momentarily disable love train, however if the user doesn't use any attacks and they still have some meter left, love train can be reactivated. While love train is not active and the user hits an attack, when it is reactivated, the target hit will then take 40 damage as the wound travels to their vital parts. Once the meter reaches zero, love train is unable to be used again. Requires 100% of your meter. [COOLDOWN]: Once per life
(B): A Gift From Another World This has a few variations. One is if the target is holding a weapon for example, Pluck, A Gun etc, the other variation is that the user was recently hit by the target by a move that resulted in direct contact, the third variation is if the user had recently spawned a dimensional clone of the target which is killed using.
The first variation: The user will take out a small American flag and open it, pulling out a dimensional clone of that item and throw it towards the target, this will not auto track unless the item is within a close radius of the thrown cloned item. If that happens, the cloned item will flies towards the item held by the target and they will merge in an explosion as both break apart like cubes disabling all moves the target uses with that item for 15 seconds. Uses 1 flag
The second variation: The user will take out a small American flag and swing it around for 1 second until a clone of the target's hands falls into the user's left hand, the user will then throw the hand towards his cursor and it will automatically track the target if it misses by rolling and squirming around the floor, unless the target is blocking. Once the cloned hand which lasts for 5 seconds before despawning, hits the target, they will merge in an explosion with both hands breaking down into cubes, this obliterates the target's right hand, disabling all moves which use that hand, dealing 25 damage and also reducing the damage of the target by 50% for 7.5 seconds. Breaks block. Uses one flag
The third variation: The user takes out an American flag and pulls out a bloodied cloth bag and if not interrupted during the 3 second animation of the user taking out the target's cloned head and holding it up, the user will throw it forward as it rolls around for 4 seconds tracking the target if they are in the nearby radius of the cloned head, if the head hits them, it will result in a bloody explosion dealing 40 damage. Breaks block. Uses one American flag. [COOLDOWN]: 30 seconds

Obtained by fusing with the [Saint's Heart] on Standless which can be obtained by digging through the sand debris with a shovel in the Devil's palm. Has a 2% chance every sand debris, from Steel Ball Run Valentine Boss(40%)

After the 5 seconds is up, the target is unable to endure the pain and an exclamation mark will appear above the target, if they don't block in time, they are ragdolled and a puddle of blood will leak out of their throat dealing 15 damage. Blockable, cooldown starts when bleed ends.

(T): “It's merely self defense" The user brandishes a revolver from their waist and takes aim in a free camera perspective (for a max of 5 seconds, LMB can be pressed while aiming to shoot the shot, RMB can be pressed to zoom in and aim or T can be pressed again to cancel the move) and shoot a bullet, traveling at fast speeds and dealing 15 damage upon contact. However, if the bullet hits the opponent's head, the bullet will do 25 damage. The gun will then enter a cooldown of 2 seconds before the next shot can be fired. The revolver chamber has a capacity of 6 bullets, meaning after 6 bullets are used, the user will have to reload for 7 seconds to fill back their ammo count. They will still be able to block, but the block will only block 30% of incoming damage and they cannot attack during the reload. In addition to this, they are slowed by 20% while reloading. Once the reloading finishes, the user will then have to snap the chamber back into the gun and put it back in their holster, taking an additional 3 seconds (however they aren't slowed during this segment of the animation). Note that you can enter the reload animation by pressing R with 0 bullet left, but you can cancel the reload animation at anytime, which would reset your reload progress but be a mix-up to the opponent. The revolver chamber has a capacity of 6 bullets, meaning after 6 bullets are used, the user will have to reload for 7 seconds to fill back their ammo count. They will still be able to block, but the block will only block 30% of incoming damage and they cannot attack during the reload. In addition to this, they are slowed by 20% while reloading. Once the reloading finishes, the user will then have to snap the chamber back into the gun and put it back in their holster, taking an additional 3 seconds (however they aren't slowed during this segment of the animation). Note that you can enter the reload animation by pressing R with 0 bullet left, but you can cancel the reload animation at anytime, which would reset your reload progress but be a mix-up to the opponent. Blockable. Total Shots in Chamber: 6 shots. [Cooldown Between Shots]: 2 seconds (T+hold): “So his legs move" The user takes out their revovler with a 1.5 seconds animations and fires a rapid round of 6 spots by fanning the hammer. This does 10 damage with each shot. If this move is used, the ammo in the (T) move will be set to zero. Blockable

(Y): Lovely Dews of Fortune The user takes out a water jug and throws it into the air with the water droplets piercing through the user making parts of their body disappear until it fully does. When this happens, the user will be invisible and be able to travel through the objects summoned through his passive for 5 seconds and if once the time is up or the user presses (Y) again, they burst out from the object and heals themselves by 40 HP and removing any negative affects except for infinite rotation.
[COOLDOWN]: 22 seconds
(G): Tyrant's Unjust Execution The user after a short charge up will briefly summon their stand's upper body and with super armour and a 1.5 second animation, D4C will drive its hand through the targets stomach dealing a massive 55 damage and briefly stunning the target for 2 seconds as they cough up blood.

(H): A Gift From Another World This has a few variations. One is if the target is holding a weapon for example, Pluck, A Gun etc, the other variation is that the user was recently hit by the target by a move that resulted in direct contact, the third variation is if the user had recently spawned a dimensional clone of the target which is killed using his other moves in [STAND-ON MODE]. Uses 40% of your Meter
The first variation: The user will take out a small American flag and open it, pulling out a dimensional clone of that item and throw it towards the target, this will not auto track unless the item is within a close radius of the thrown cloned item. If that happens, the cloned item will flies towards the item held by the target and they will merge in an explosion as both break apart like cubes disabling all moves the target uses with that item for 15 seconds. Uses 1 flag
The second variation: The user will take out a small American flag and swing it around for 1 second until a clone of the target's hands falls into the user's left hand, the user will then throw the hand towards his cursor and it will automatically track the target if it misses by rolling and squirming around the floor, unless the target is blocking. Once the cloned hand which lasts for 5 seconds before despawning, hits the target, they will merge in an explosion with both hands breaking down into cubes, this obliterates the target's right hand, disabling all moves which use that hand, dealing 50 damage and also reducing the damage of the target by 50% for 7.5 seconds. Breaks block. Uses one flag
The third variation: The user takes out an American flag and pulls out a bloodied cloth bag and if not interrupted during the 3 second animation of the user taking out the target's cloned head and holding it up, the user will throw it forward as it rolls around for 4 seconds tracking the target if they are in the nearby radius of the cloned head, if the head hits them, it will result in a bloody explosion dealing 60 damage. Breaks block. Uses one American flag.
[COOLDOWN]: 30 seconds
(B): “My ability is allow dimensions to simultaneously exist" The user will crouch down and act injured and if hit during this 3.5 second animation, the user will suddenly wrap both the enemy and the user in an American flag. The user will be temporarily blinded before being able to see again but the user disappears. After a short 2 seconds, the user emerges from the targets back and D4C is briefly summoned smashing its two fists into the back of the target dealing 35 damage and ragdoll. Uses one flag.
[COOLDOWN]: 19 seconds
[STAND-ON MODE] (M1): Dictator's Backhand (LMB1): D4C does a quick jab to the targets shoulder dealing 10 damage
(LMB2): D4C does another jab on the target's other shoulder dealing 10 damage
(LMB3): D4C then kicks the shin of the target dealing 8 damage
(LMB4): D4C then does a backhand hit to the target's face dealing 15 damage
(LMB5): D4C then does a front kick to the target's abdomen dealing 15 damage and moderate knockback.

(T): Political Elimination D4C detaches from its user momentarily as it rushes forward a moderate distance from its user, if anyone is caught in the way, D4C will deal a three punch combo, one attack uppercutting the opponent followed by two hooks with the final one dealing slight knockback. Each attack does 17 damage. The user can't do anything while the stand is detached. Breaks block.
[COOLDOWN]: 15 seconds
(Y): “Allowing neighboring worlds to exist simultaneously, this is the nature of my ability" D4C summons two small sponges which represents the base universe and an alternate universes. During this, an alternate version of the user will appear randomly but it has no stand, it will act can act as a distraction. If the user isn't hit, the sponges collide and merge after 4 seconds, two alternates of the target and the target themselves will pop up from under a American flag in front of the user. The target's controls will then be randomly spilt between the two other alternates meaning for example, if they use their (E) move, the alternate of the target will use the (E) move instead of the target themselves. Uses 30% of your Meter
[COOLDOWN]: 27.5 seconds
(G): Dimensional Domain The user throws a American flag beneath the target and charges forward tackling the target into the flag if it hits, they will then dive into another dimension which is filled with alternates of the target, they will be stuck in this dimension for 10 seconds where everything is the same except for AI NPCs of the target's alternates roaming around, if the target gets too close to one of them, they merge and explode as they break down into cubes dealing 58 damage. Blockable Uses 1 flag.
[COOLDOWN]: 30 seconds
(H): “Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap" After a short 2 second animation of the user swirling and throwing a huge American flag forward, the user dives into the flag entering the old map of the game for 15 seconds where NPCs which are AIs roam the map, there are 4 main NPCs. Requires 80% of your meter and uses 1 flag
The first NPC are alternates of the targets with a black aura which will roam around the spot where they were before the user used this move, if the user presses M1 on any of the alternates of the targets, the user will tackle them through a flag underneath them bringing them back to the base dimension, the alternate will then automatically walk towards the target, if not killed (40HP) before it reaches the target, they will merge as their bodies break down into cubes and a small explosion occurs dealing 75 damage.
The second NPCs are the groups of alternates of the user with a blue aura, if M1 is used on them, a small cutscene of the user talking to them as they shake hands and the screen goes black before the user remerges from the base dimension from an American flag with 3 clones of themselves. Each clone has 40 health and can use the [STAND-OFF MODE] moveset except but the moves that require D4C are replaced with the clones just executing the moves themselves and (Y), (B), (T) and (H) are disabled.
The third NPCs are singular alternates of the user with a red aura which carry guns, if M1 is used in them a small cutscene of the user talking to them and giving them money plays before the screen goes black and they emerge from the base dimension with the alternate by their side. The alternate has 100 HP and can use [STAND-OFF MODE], (T) and (T+hold).
The fourth NPC is a singular alternate of the user who has a green aura, if M1 is used on them, they will talk before the screen goes black and the user reappears emerging from the flag with 70 HP healed saying doyjann.
[COOLDOWN]: 55.5 seconds
(J): “LOVE TRAIN" The user will do a short animation of D4C summoning a golden veil of light, a pocket dimension The light will allow the user to walk anywhere, he can stand on air, go into the ground for 3 seconds and walk through walls. In this pocket dimension, he is invincible and will be invulnerable to all attacks. If hit by anything, all damage will be redirected to a random person in the server, but 20 damage is redirected back to the attacker. In this form, objects such as trees, walls and objects spawned by his passive will move towards the user dealing 10 damage if it hits somebody, the bigger the object the more damage it does. With each time it gets bigger, it does 5 extra damage with the max being a car that does 40 damage and the minimum being a cup sized object that does 10 damage. If a move is used by D4C it will momentarily disable love train, however if the user doesn't use any attacks and they still have some meter left, love train can be reactivated. While love train is not active and the user hits an attack, when it is reactivated, the target hit will then take 40 damage as the wound travels to their vital parts. Once the meter reaches zero, love train is unable to be used again. Requires 100% of your meter.
[COOLDOWN]: Once per life
(B): “I let you enter this side but only half your body!" The user flings an American flag forward and encompasses the target, they will then be slammed into another flag bringing them into another dimension with no one inside but the target only has half of his body present inside the flag making him unable to move however he still can use him moves that don't require their lower body for 5 seconds. Context: Command in a nutshell - some predetermined commands for a target if they fail a Wisdom save, doesn't work " if your command is directly harmful to it ".
Approach. The target moves toward you by the shortest and most direct route, ending its turn if it moves within 5 feet of you.
Flee. The target spends its turn moving away from you by the fastest available means.
Grovel. The target falls prone and then ends its turn.
Questions: So does the last part mean that I can't command an enemy to
Grovel in front of our frontline?
Does the last part mean if a target is hit with Booming Blade and are told to Flee that the won't?

Based on Mork Borg, a pretty simple RPG system, it takes place on a cyberpunk city where the world is a fuck, nanobacteria have infected the internet and the end days will come (either you like it or not). Its brutal, characters die easily and you will probably be the bad guy in all situations.
I DM'd for my friends and the
Shunned Nanomancer killed the entire party trying to impress a girl with a power to turn matter into dust, but instead started glowing and emitting radiation killed everyone in the room. 10/10 will play again.

Hi! I got this silly idea under my head for a long time now and I just want to post it out loud.
There is many religion out there in the world but none really appeal to me.
I was born in a catholic familly. I lived all my childhood among them and it was without doubt the most horrible people i've met and their god is even worse.
Once an adult I decided : "Fuck those despicable persons their horrible religion and this shitty god im outta here!"
I searched were I could fit in seen what i mean?
I looked for other religion that would make me happy. Muslim and jewish are not for me cause they're horrible too + you can't eat bacon and drink beer.
I looked into boudhism, nice but it didn't feel like home, tried atheism and agnostism but it's flavorless.
Cults are just a no go no way to me. As soon as someone ask you money for spiritual stuff excuse the Jojo reference but :

Jotaro Kujo, the main protag of Part 3. Jotaro is one of the most recognizable characters from JJBA, even for people who haven’t even watched or read the series, they can recognise who Jotaro is by his part 3 design. But how strong is Jotaro Kujo?
With his incredible stand, Star Platinum,
he can inflict heavy damage upon P
art 3 D
IO. HIGH DIO should be comparable to his Part 1 Dio,
who is able to survive a huge boat explosion as a head, which you can scale to city block level. Jotaro was also the one who defeated Wheel of Fortune, a stand strong enough to blow through a cliff side,
which is a city block level feat going off of calcs.
Now, going off of some scans you can easily find in the manga both during the start and near the end of part 4,
IE, Part 4 Chapter 27 and
Part 4 Chapter 97, Jotaro’s Star Platinum is stated to be the strongest stand up to that point. Not to mention, this is backed up by
JoJoveller Page 11 referring to
Star Platinum as the strongest stand,
JoJo 6251 Page 142, several
other guidebooks and
databooks stating something similar. There is also several character statements saying the same thing, for example,
N'Doul stated in Part 3 chapter 73 calling Star Platinum the strongest stand mind you, N’Doul wouldn’t know about The World, there’s
also a Jouske statement, a
Foo Fighters statement and an
Akira statement all referring to Star Platinum as the most invincible stand or the ultimate stand. Jouske was able to briefly
contend with Akria's RHCP after absorbing the energy of Marioh and is able to survive
attacks from the same version of the stand, meaning you could scale Jouske at this time around the same tier as RHCP, though not exactly the same, just high enough. RHCP’s scaling is important to Jouske and Jotaro, RHCP, as I said, absorbed Marioh’s energy,
which is calc'd to be large town level. Fun fact,
Akira was actually shown in the anime and stated in the manga to be scared of Jotaro just talking to him, even though he knows his own peak of power.
In part 6, Jolyne can't withstand Star Platinum's DISC and gets rejected, later
stating that its power is amazing, not to mention, going off of his stand description during
the made in heaven chapters, it refers to the stated to be tremendously powerful. Basically, even compared to other Stand's, his power is tremendous and excellent. Let's just compare him to Joylne for a bit,
Joylne at one point was stated to be able to punch with the force a small meteor that is incredibly fast speed, you can say that the incredibly fast speed part refers to the meteor as light speed since it isn't really unrealistic in Jojo. With the weight of a small meteor and considering that the speed of light is around 300,000 km/s, this hypothetically meteor would produce a few megatons worth of force, which would place Joylne in this case at small city level.
It took Polnareff to get possessed by Anubis, who had several amps at that point, to make Jotaro somewhat struggle, though this is mid part 3 Jotaro, before he reached his peak at the end of part 3. During this fight, he was able to match
this amped Polnareff, it was
also implied that he holds back in most of his fights. A normal Polnareff
is able to react and
deflect attacks from the sun, the sun in this case
going off of calcs, can be scaled to about large town level. And Jotaro is able to fight a more powerful and faster version Pol.
During chapters 41 to 43 of Stardust, Jotaro was able to fight and defeat Justice, a stand
that was shown to be the size of a town that could potentially
fit a few 1000 people in it.
Mind you, this is the same stand that created this same town, down to the bricks. Jotaro’s way of defeating this town sized and town creating stand has been calculated
to be town level. And remember, in most fights, Jotaro holds back.
Jotaro’s star platinum
was actually able to briefly hold up a giant tooth of High Priestess halfway through Part 3, which the
tooth has been calculated at weighing 100s of tonnes). For reference, a Toyota Corolla can weigh up to 3,000 Ibs or 1.36 tonnes. So going off of the calc I showed earlier for the weight of a high priestess, that’ll be like briefly lifting almost 103 Toyota Corollas, at least.
You might be able to say that Josuke with Crazy Diamond is as strong or at least comparable to Jotaro’s Star Platinum, mostly because
he was able to break Star Platinum's guard in their battle. And Jouske was
implied to have gotten stronger throughout Part 4, though personally I would disagree with the idea of Josuke being as strong as Jotaro, due to multiple reasons.
Jotaro was rusty during this time period, an example of him being rusty in part 4 is that he hasn't used time stop in 10 years, which due to this, his time stop was reduced. There’s also a good chance that he was holding back, as mentioned before, Jotaro implied that he holds back during most fights and you
could tell by Jotaro's reaction and facial expressions that he didn't want to fight Josuke in the first place.
It doesn't help that Josuke was pissed off due to him thinking Jotaro was insulting him, Josuke getting rage boosts going off of guides.
When it comes to how strong Jotaro is without the help of his stand, he’s still relatively strong, even for a human. In Part 4, during Jotaro’s and Jouske’s first interaction,
Jotaro was able to punch Jouske with enough force that it split his lip, the lip was actually still damaged even during the anglo fight that happened several chapters later. Jouske was able to tank
being slammed into a wall while injured and going over 60 kph or a little over 37 mph. Just imagine the kinetic energy produced when an 82 kilo tennager slaming into a wall at the speed of a car. Jouske
was able to survive a punch from Jotaro's Star Platinum, but Jotaro was most likely holding back a lot. And after
beating the hell out of Kakyoin, Jotaro was shown to carry Kakyoin with one arm, Kakyoin weighing around 65 kgs.
Jotaro by himself
can also snap a chain and seemingly start a motorbike just by kicking it. As a child,
he was also able to punch Alessi, a fully grown man mind you, with enough force to punch a few teeth out. Jotaro
also kneed a cop so hard, he got sent into a metal garage door, destroying said door upon impact.
Now, onto durability.
Jotaro's star platinum was shown to be durable enough to withstand blows from The World, which is one of the only stands that actually can match star platinum physically speaking. The World should be on the same level of AP as star platinum, so, large town to small city level at the very most, if you don’t count rage boosts.
While Jotaro himself was on the verge of death after getting blown up by Sheer heart attack, Star Platinum was shown to be fine.
In terms of abilities,
you could argue that he either has some sort of telepathic or water breathing powers going off of the dark blue moon fight and
it was also implied by Aboul. Jotaro also had some sort of minor
accelerated development ability since he was able to learn how to use a few seconds of time stop in the matter of minutes, if not a couple hours while it took DIO months to do that same thing. And we all know Jotaro’s main ability, time stop,
which going off of an interview with Araki, time stop can not only affect the earth but space itself. He also has the ability of tapping
into some sort of rage boost, as I mentioned before, making him stronger going off of guidebooks, which was sort of implied by Jotaro himself
because he implied that the reason he couldn't overcome DIO was because he wasn't pissed off enough. Which was implied again
when Jotaro kills DIO, the reason he gave for DIO's defeat was due to Jotaro being mad.
In terms of Star Platinum’s speed,
Star Platinum's initial Bio in Part 6 claims Star Platinum is faster than light. SP
is also stated in part 4 by Koichi to be able to keep up with RHCP, RHCP was stated multiple times to be able to move at the speed of light. He was also able to keep up with
a speed-boosted Silver Chariot amped by Anubis, he was also able
to blitiz Anubis, who was already faster than a base Silver Chariot. Silver Chariot
intercepted Hanged Man, a stand stated to be able to move
at the speed of light, which this feat has been calculated
at 225 times the speed of light. He is also considered to be
number 1 in speed, but yet again,
stands like Made In Heaven exist with its infinite speed going off of stats and the fact that
it's able to accelerate time into infinity. But it was likely just when Part 4 was being written, Jotaro was number 1 in speed. Though you could potentially make an infinite speed
jotaro argument since he was almost able to hit MiH Pucci but was two steps to late, but I disagree with this argument.
Jotaro himself when he was young
was able to cover the distance between him and N'Doul in able 25 seconds. Mind you,
it was stated by Jotaro himself that the distance he covered was about 400 metres. Which means he had to run at a speed of 57.6 km/h, which is faster than Usian Bolt ever could’ve done in his prime.
Not to mention, to make him even more overpowered, he has insane precision. To the point
where it was directly stated by one of the characters to be better than a machine when he was getting Kakyoin’s fleshbud out of his head at the start of part 3. Mind you, in the 1970’s, a whole ass decade before the time period of Part 3 even started,
the microprocessor came into the scene which provided a near perfect control “clock” needed to time pulses. He
also drew a super realistic drawing of a fly that was barely visible for everyone else. And
he was stated multiple times in guides,
both part 6
bios and other sources to have amazing precision or to be number 1 in precision.
So, at the end of the day, Jotaro is really OP in own right. Having some of the best physical strength for a stand in a series. Being about Large Town to Small City level without any rage boosts, though you could say he reaches these city levels of power with rage boosts. He also has MFTL speeds at least.

Saw a The World Requiem post at some point but it vanished, so I'm now making one to match with the Star Platinum Requiem post I made.
Scenario would be similar to the scenario I proposed in my Star Platinum Requiem post, with Speedwagon foundation members delivering a recently uncovered Requiem arrow to the Joestar Egypt Team, only be to ambushed by DIO. The only difference is that DIO manages to pierce his stand after being shot straight into the Speedwagon Truck carrying the arrow by Jotaro's arrows. Design
: The World's original breastplate has now been removed to show a pure white exterior with the Arrow's shape proudly placed at the center of the chest, surrounded by the frame of a clock. The World's kneecaps will also now resemble the arrow head's shape, while gears turn and shift at the stand's ankles. The helmet now appears more pointed at the sides as the stand's eyes are now pitch black with clocks for pupils. The shoulder pads and the rest of the armor are also removed, giving the World a new bright white armor design that resemble DIO's coat and cape from the night he transcended humanity decades ago, with small yellowish feathers around the collar of the coat. The color palette change is similar to GER, taking the original dark yellow and making it paler.
Abilities :
In addition to The World's superior movement and sheer power, The World's Requiem has now received two additional requiem abilities.
The King Above All :
The World Requiem's ability, now ascended beyond what any stand has accomplished at this point in time, now controls all of time. During the activation the stand's signature move,
The World, any and all stands caught near the user will have their attacks canceled, denying any successful countermeasure against timestop using a stand.
For example, Joseph running from DIO tries to cover his body with Hermit Purple and Hamon. DIO using his newfound ability will cause Hermit Purple to wither away temporarily, leaving Joseph completely vulnerable during timestop. Mass Temporal Control :
The World Requiem's ability to stop time has been upgraded, in addition to the extended timestop. Now, the stand has the ability to stop time in a certain radius, changing at the user's own will. This includes seizing the blood flow of an individual and clogging up their arteries, leading to painful death. Other possibilities include stopping time on a foe's legs to stop them from escaping. The user's capability in stopping time in small areas of space is not limited, allowing the user to essentially stop the flow of time on any part of the battlefield at will, in addition to seizing time all together.
Unlike Gold Experience Requiem or other temporary evolutions, The World Requiem is permanent. However, the animation played upon obtaining will have The World crush the arrow within its right hand, infusing the stand with the arrow's power under a bright heavenly light. As the light clears, the evolved stand emerges from their armor as it strikes a quick pose with their user.

The user is capable of moving through timestop, like Star Platinum or Tusk Act 4. However, the user will be able to continue moving for 3 seconds, roughly half the length of most timestops.
Passive B - One True Ruler :
The user's timestop will negate any form of timestop movement, blinding any foe that has the capability to move until time resumes. Any ability that manages to cancel the user's timestop will be immediately met with a 15 second stun, with their limbs frozen in time.

V - Temporal Leap : The user will seemingly teleport over a short 7 stud space. Cooldown : 10 seconds
Stand Off :
LMB - Second hand attacks : basic LMB combo Cooldown : 5 seconds - LMB x1 : The user does a roundhouse kick, dealing a weak 6dmg. - LMB x2 : The World Requiem appears to do a swift downwards punch, dealing 10dmg before returning. - LMB x3 : The user follows up with an equally quick upwards punch, dealing 7dmg. - LMB x4 : The World Requiem appears once more to do a kick to the foe's legs, dealing 6dmg. - LMB x5 : The World Requiem will then smash into the ground, knocking the foe back with decent knockback and 9dmg. This will affect anyone within the small radius of 3 studs.
aka literal M1 range E - Freezing Ice, Freezing Time : The user will immediately use vaporizing freezing technique in their right hand before performing a right hook, smashing the foe's frozen arms and dealing 15dmg. The user will then cause time to freeze around the foe's legs to keep them stunned for an extra 4 seconds.
The initial punch will break block, but won't result in being frozen or being shot with a mini timestop. Cooldown : 15 seconds
R - Old Habits Die Hard : The World Requiem will shoot outward from its user's torso to perform a swift jab, gouging out the foe's left eye while sending them back with good knockback, then the stand will immediately return. This will temporarily blind the foe's left half of the screen while dealing a good 48dmg.
This can be blocked. Cooldown : 10 seconds
T - “Come as close as you'd like!” : The user will throw out a singular knife. If the knife hits, the user will appear within a 9 stud radius of the hit enemy. The knife does roughly 5dmg.
Blocking will negate the knife damage, but will still allow the user to appear nearby. This move exists for the sole purpose of chasing. Cooldown : 8 seconds
F - “This is the end for you!” : The user will slowly charge up for 3 seconds before dashing forwards, flying over 50 studs. Somehow hitting absolutely no one will stun the user in place for 5 seconds. If an enemy is hit, The World Requiem will immediately freeze time around a 50 stud radius and allows the user to hit the foe with the funny “throw knives into road roller” HFTF combo. This move deals a total of 150dmg.
This cannot be blocked(I mean the move has a charge up period, just jump around it lol skill issue) Cooldown : 35 seconds

LMB - Otherworldly Punches : The stand will perform a simple jab combo, dealing 5dmg for each punch. The fourth consecutive input will have the stand perform a swift kick, dealing 8dmg and great knockback. Cooldown : 6 seconds
E - “
Is that all your anger can muster?!” : The World Requiem will quickly lift their feet upward in a short 1 second animation before performing a short series of kicks, dealing 20dmg.
Combo extender This can be blocked. Cooldown : 7 seconds
R - Gut Buster : The World Requiem will thrust their right fist straight through the foe's abdomen, dealing 50dmg before the user performs a roundhouse kick to remove them off their stand's arm, dealing an additional 5dmg with great knockback.
The initial punch will break block, but the user will probably automatically kick the foe away so no combo starting. Cooldown : 11 seconds
T - “Gone pale,
haven't you?!” : The World Requiem will throw a single knife. If the knife hits a foe, the hit enemy will find themselves with their entire lower half of their body is frozen in time for 3 seconds.
This can be blocked to avoid being hit by numerous punches helplessly. Cooldown : 20 seconds
Y - Light Drinking : The World Requiem will reach forward, grabbing their foe by the throat and slamming them into the ground before the user will begin to suck the foe's blood out with their fingers. This will regenerate 25hp for the user and deal 20dmg to the foe. The user will then toss the user forward before their stand performs a swift right hook, dealing an additional 10dmg and knocking the foe back with decent distance.
This move can be blocked. Cooldown : 15 seconds
F - “The power to reign over the world!” : The user will stop time with their stand, taking a short 3 seconds to wind up before performing the move. The timestop will last over 3 actions
(3 used attacks) or 10 in-game seconds. Any stand related attack within a 50 stud radius of the user that are still active during the timestop will either be negated or canceled completely. This includes active counters, time resistant stands moving, or reflective attack moves
(Hierophant Green's Emerald Barrier, Hermit Purple's Hamon Protection, Props turned into bombs by Killer Queen, Killer Queen's Sheer Heart Attack, King Crimson's Time Erase, Made in Heaven's Time Acceleration, D4C's Love Train, etc.).
Knives thrown by the user will only deal 20dmg each, not applying their additional effects. Cooldown : 45 seconds
G - Predictable Outcome : The user will lean back while crossing their arms for 3 seconds. If the counter fails, the user will be stunned for 5 seconds. If the counter succeeds, the attacking foe will find themselves in the user's position before being hit by their own move
(ie KC will donut their user, KQ will accidentally turn their user into a bomb before instinctively activating it, MiH users will get hit by their own thrown knives, etc.). The damage is dependent on what move the enemy uses.
If M1s are used to trigger the counter, the stand will automatically impale their user instead, dealing 45dmg.
If a spec is used against the user, the foe will find themselves being launched backwards at great speeds, taking 50dmg. Cooldown : 20 seconds
H - Heart-stopping Excitement : The World Requiem will grab the foe, holding them by the head, followed with a timestop sound effect before the stand throws them to the ground. Instantaneously, the foe's heart will begin to stop entirely for 15 seconds, causing the foe to slowly take 1.5dmg per second screen during the period as their screen slowly becomes more blurry.
The grab can be blocked. Cooldown : 25 seconds

Matching this stand with a sword spec

T - Sand Kick Combo : The user will kick sand straight ahead, temporarily causing any hit foe to stand still and quickly wipe their eyes for a second before Silver Chariot slices through them to deal 15dmg and weak knockback. This short stun can activate counters
(C-Moon's Primary Number Counting, etc.). If the move misses and doesn't hit the foe or is blocked, the user will be stunned for a second instead.
This can be blocked. Cooldown : 12 seconds
F - The Crusader's Requiem :
This move requires Requiem Obtained Status to be true. The user will point ahead with Silver Chariot for a short windup period of 3 seconds. The Requiem Arrow will then suddenly appear from out of sight and fly directly into Silver Chariot's face, allowing Chariot Requiem to awaken briefly and temporarily cause all foes in a 100 stud radius to ragdoll for 6 seconds before dropping the arrow, reverting back to Silver Chariot. Sleeping
slaves foes can only be hit once before they immediately awaken from their slumber.
This will bypass block. Hitting the user before or as the requiem arrow pieces their stand will cancel the move while still activating the cooldown. Cooldown : 40 seconds
yes this is literally taken from HFTF X - Block : A weak outline of Silver Chariot's upper body will block for the user by holding their sword by the handle and blade, blocking 70% of all damage taken

LMB - Rapier Jab : Silver Chariot will poke their rapier forward, dealing 7dmg and light stun to the foe. This can also interrupt attacks. Cooldown : 2 seconds
E(hold) - HORA Barrage : Silver Chariot rapidly swings their rapier for 9 seconds, dealing 4.6dmg per second. The slashes will deal weak stun like pretty much every barrage. Cooldown : 6 seconds
R - “Slashing him… was very easy!” : Silver Chariot will lunge forward, slashing their blade ahead to deal 30dmg and good knockback. The range of this move is roughly 15 studs ahead of the user. Cooldown : 9 seconds
R(in the air) - “
Die,
DIO!!!” : Silver Chariot and the user will thrust their rapier and shoot into the ground at a straight downwards angle. Upon impact, this will deal 29.3dmg and weak knockback.
This can be blocked. Cooldown : 12 seconds
T(cursor on target) - Shot in the Dark : Silver Chariot will fire their blade. If the blade doesn't hit a surface before hitting a player, it will deal 35dmg and decent stun. If the blade hits a surface before hitting a player, it will target the nearest player and only deal 25dmg and no stun.
This move will break blocks if it doesn’t ricochet. If the blade ricochets, this move can be blocked. The blade can only ricochet twice.
After blade is fired, the user cannot use attacks that include their stand's blade until it either hits a foe or ricochets twice and hits another surface. Cooldown : 15 seconds
Y - Blade Combo : Silver Chariot will pull back their rapier before bending forward and thrusting their blade forward, dealing 10dmg, following the attack with two swings, dealing an additional 16dmg with weak knockback.
Initial thrust can break block, but won't activate following slashes. This move can be perfect blocked too lol. Cooldown : 15 seconds
F - Armor Off : Silver Chariot will suddenly burst and release smoke around themselves as their armor pops off. This will give the user a new moveset which lasts for a duration of 5 moves
(not including LMBs and block). With their armor unequipped, the user will also take 5% more damage.
Armor Off moveset can be canceled manually by deactivating stand. Cooldown : 35 seconds
Z - Stand Jump : Remains the same, boosting the user upwards with average height and distance. Cooldown : 19 seconds
X - Block : Silver Chariot will tilt their sword downward, blocking 76% of all damage taken. Cooldown : 3 seconds
Stand On(Armor Off) :
LMB - Lightspeed Rapid Slashes : Silver Chariot will swing their blade from side to side at speeds that will outmatch most stands. However, each hit will only deal 3.5dmg. Each swing will also be copied by the previous afterimage for cosmetic effect. Cooldown : 0.5 seconds
E(hold) - “How can you ever hope to keep up?!” : Numerous afterimages of Silver Chariot will begin to swing their blade rapidly as they circle around the user for 7 seconds, slashing at anything within a 45 stud radius of the user. This flurry of slashes will deal 5.1dmg per second. Cooldown : 8 seconds
R - Afterimage Thrust : Silver Chariot will thrust their rapier and dash ahead over 10 studs before returning to their user, followed by their afterimages. This will cause the foe to be stunned for a short period before suddenly taking 30dmg and good knockback.
Initial dash can be blocked. Cooldown : 10 seconds
T - “
Bravo! Very well done! Bravo!” : Silver Chariot will swing their rapier upwards, launching the foe into the air. Suddenly, Silver Chariot will appear above the foe and thrust at a downwards angle, dealing 35dmg and great knockback.
Initial slash can be blocked and will cancel second half of attack. Cooldown : 15 seconds
Y - All For One : A line of Silver Chariot and 5 of their afterimages will stand in front of the user, forming a wall before them as they prepare to thrust their blades towards the middle. This will deal 30dmg and great knockback.

F(cursor on foe) - Lightspeed Dash : Silver Chariot will prepare to home onto the opponent before suddenly appearing behind them and dealing a flurry of slashes before instantly reappearing behind their user, dealing a total of 40dmg to the foe.
This can be blocked to completely negate damage. This move only has a range within a 180 stud radius of the user's position. Cooldown : 25 seconds
Z - “Open your inner eye.” : Silver Chariot will hold up the user before throwing them upward, with great height but little distance. Cooldown : 16 seconds
X(hold) - “…I can easily intercept the bullet!” : Silver Chariot will stand ahead of their user, with their blade pointed straight forward. Any projectile sent at the user will be deflected back to the attacker by Silver Chariot's blade in a downwards swinging motion. If hit by a physical attack, Silver Chariot will parry the attack, blocking 95% of the damage taken.
The user cannot move while using this move. Cooldown : 8 seconds

This skin also changes Chariot Requiem's colors, giving it a more grey color with a bright yellow outline, while giving the arrow a pure white design with a glowing yellow tip. Pose Pose Theme -

Retro Silver Chariot
This skin gives Silver Chariot a light teal color for their armor and blade while giving them bright glowing yellow eyes. This can be obtained by retiring 10 players wielding sword based specs or stands(ie Anubis, Sword, Samurai, Silver Chariot, etc.). The colors for this skin's Chariot Requiem will be a more purple design with a hot pink outline while turning the arrow completely dark red with a bright red tip. Pose Pose Theme -

If you happen to unlock skins for Silver Chariot, those skins for a Chariot Requiem model that'll exist for only a moment will also carry over to the version of Chariot Requiem you get to use and play with as a complete stand as well. I can only assume that this may be the last post made in this sub for a long while, now that ABDR itself is officially dead, along with the main game no longer receiving updates outside of bug fixes. - In most portrayals of short-range Stands, they are shown to not go even a little bit out of their firing range when in combat. I originally thought that this was because while Stands can travel outside their firing range when not in combat, as Jotaro's Star Platinum did when he got him a bunch of stuff when he was in jail, they cannot do so when in combat.
- However, on the JoJo Wiki, it says that "Stand's range and power are inversely proportional; the further the Stand moves away from its firing range, the weaker and less subtle it becomes. Furthermore, this can be construed more specifically as "effective firing range", as a Stand will only gradually lose effectiveness the further it deviates from its firing range, rather than just relinquish immediately. The Stand range is effectively just the range where it can optimally perform.[9]"
- Even if going outside it may result in lowering their attack power, I don't understand why close-range Stand users limit themselves to only their effective firing range, especially in instances when they could successfully attack an opponent if they just went a little bit outside of their effective firing range, where the drop in power would probably be minimal, such as during Josuke's fight against Kanedaichi.
