2023.06.03 12:17 grimson73 Oiling cutting board with linseed oil

Hi community, while eagerly waiting for our Koda 16 to arrive i am browsing the webs to obtain lots of info ;). I do read that oiling the cutting board will give some care for it. My questions about linseed oil for oiling the pizza cutting board if appropriate in this sub; - Can you use the edible oil from the store or do you have to buy some 'special' linseed oil? - Most wandering about this: there is an expiry date on this linseed oil because of the nature of this specific oil. Does this also apply when oiling the cutting board? thanks and happy pizza making! :) will try to follow up when the first pizza is made :)

2023.06.03 12:15 stinglikeameg Dear pattern creators, please please PLEASE include a freaking gauge square in every pattern.

My friend wants me to crochet a gift for his girlfriend, super cute right? I'm trying to use yarn I already have as I'm not charging him.
He sent me the pattern he's bought and it uses sport weight (4 ply). I have DK yarn so I thought I'll just make up the gauge square and figure it out. Guess what? NO FRIGGING GAUGE SQUARE. So now I'll have to just make it and hope for the best. Thanks, awesome pattern creator.
I just think all pattern should have this info, right?

2023.06.03 12:15 lone_classic_truck Sustainability in Logistics Industry

In the modern world, where environmental issues are becoming increasingly acute, it is important to pay attention to sustainable development in various sectors of the economy, including the logistics industry. Logistics plays a vital role in the supply and distribution of goods, but it also has a significant impact on the environment. Therefore, the development and implementation of sustainable practices in logistics are becoming increasingly important.
One of the key aspects of sustainable development in logistics is reducing the environmental footprint. This can be achieved through various measures such as optimizing delivery routes, reducing excessive use of transportation, and improving resource efficiency. For example, the application of routing and tracking technologies allows for optimized delivery routes, reducing transit times and fuel costs. The use of more environmentally friendly modes of transportation, such as rail and water transport, can also contribute to reducing carbon emissions.

2023.06.03 12:15 alex26069114 Martini / Coupe Glass Sizes

This is for my home bar and I want to pick up some martini and coupe glasses for an upcoming cocktail party. I'm planning on making martini's, cosmopolitans, margaritas, lemon drops and daiquiri's.
I'm struggling to choose appropriate glass sizes though. Some coupes range from 235ml (8oz) to 300ml (10 oz) or more. Martini glasses are from 150ml (5oz) to 235 (8oz) as well.
I figured a 5oz martini glass is way too small (when factoring dilution) but is a 8 oz martini glass okay for serving up classic martini's, cosmopolitan and lemon drops? I'm not sure how to factor in dilution.
- Martini will be roughly 75-90ml (2.5-3oz) before dilution
- Cosmopolitan is about 150ml (5oz) before dilution
- Margarita is about 120ml (4oz) before dilution.
Would an 8 oz martini glass be suitable for classic martini's and cosmopolitans? I've heard you want a small space line between the rim and drink to prevent spilling and such. Or would this be okay for a Cosmopolitan but too large for a classic martini?
Would an 8oz coupe glass be alright to cover everything else or is this too large?
I live in Australia and I'm finding it difficult to find glassware I am happy with.

2023.06.03 12:12 eemageenfr What should I prioritize?

I quit the game about 3-4 years ago. Made a new account and have been playing on it for the past 2 weeks and am currently at lvl 84 with every purple passive perk. (mentioning this in case things like hacker or maxed burglar help in port lab, lmk). I grinded farm and bunker alfa and managed to get a decent amount of weapons.
Should I use said weapons to do port laboratory or should I keep them and use them for the upcoming arena event?
I mainly need weapon mod blueprints, carbon composite and factory parts.

2023.06.03 12:11 wistful_zeitgeist Solo traveling in Europe for the first time and want to hang out with travelers and locals. What’s the best way to go about this in CS app as a verified newbie with no references?

Hey everyone,
New to CS and solo traveling in general. Late 20s, male. I’ve traveled in Europe before but not by myself. Hoping to meet others to check out restaurants, bars, attractions, etc.
What’s the best way to do this via CS app (or in general)?
In CS app I see this Hangouts feature. Is the approach here to check available people’s profile and message them if they want to hang out? Will people avoid me because of no references?
Also, is it advisable to go through the list of travelers for a location, find people who will be there same time as you, and message them if their trip description says they’re open to hanging out? Or is that weird and should only be done if people explicitly turn on Hangouts mode?
Thanks for any help!

2023.06.03 12:10 Puzzleheaded_Tip_132 Can’t sleep without waking up with pain and nausea

Second (successful so far) pregnancy, 13w3d and within the last week and a half I can’t sleep through the night. Waking up to pee is definitely one thing, but I keep waking up 2-3 hours before I need to with horrific gas pain and nausea. Every damn night. By the time it finally subsides, my morning alarm is going off. And it’s definitely safe to say that it makes me lose my mind and start uncontrollably crying. I’ve tried to stay away from snack foods a few hours before going to bed, I’ve been drinking a TON of water and I’ve stayed away from carbonated beverages. Anyone know what else I can do? I keep waking up feeling so overwhelmed with nausea and lately it’s been so hard because I just want to sleep. I’m tired. I want to go back to sleep, but I can’t because my stomach hates me. I hate how gross I feel, I hate that I hate how I feel. I just want to sleep through the night. Really needing some advice or words of encouragement. This pregnancy has been increasingly difficult and I’m beginning to wonder if I can do this one at all. Lately I’m having such a difficult time. I am miserable yet somehow I feel guilty for it. I’m starting to think I’m not cut out for this, I don’t know, I just feel so helpless and alone, even though I know I’m not I just can’t shake these uneasy feelings.

2023.06.03 12:09 Leaguefin4073 Galaxy S tab nav bar always interfering note taking

Which ever note taking app I use the android navigation bar gets on the way. I have some options (symbols and swipes in different positions) but I haven't found any position that would solve the problem. My hand keeps touching the nav bar accidentally and opening the home screen or the taskbar. I would like to have the nav bar on top of the screen, completely out of the way. Is there any way to establish that? Doesn't the nav bar disdurb anyone else?

2023.06.03 12:09 91DarioASR Backlinks pointing to root with 302 redirects

If I have a website where the root page doesn’t serve anything but just redirects where it’s better to send back links? On the root or I have to choice one of the destination links?
For example
domain.com/ doesn’t serve anything but just make a 302 on paths /{lang}/{product}/ based on user language and cookies.
For example:
So if I want to push back links it’s better on the root or on the final destination?
I ask this because i used to use the root and I noticed that google randomly and daily changes which of the pages is being indexed so once it’s page /it/foo/ and ranks 10th, the day after i see instead page /it/ba and rank 35th and again and again. (I honestly don’t know if it’s because i pushed back links on the root tho)
Thank you
