The dream I had earlier was about the largest tsunami ever to happen in Japan and a bunch of survivor’s would have to work together if they want to survive and they are on a rooftop and some higher part’s of the building haven’t been flooded yet and are still useable anyway’s let me introduce you to the main 4 survivor’s of this story. Shiro Kubo. Age:14 Male Mieko Oka. Age:14 Female Fuji Shima. Age:13 Female Oba Michi. Age:14 Female Shiro Kubo was born with High Functioning Autism OCD and ADHD and he also has some anxiety sometime’s and after he was diagnosed with all of that his parent’s didn’t really get him any help and instead they spoiled him with Toy’s and Food and when he was in school he was bullied for being overweight, but he still is a good person and care’s a lot for his family and friend’s..? And Mieko Oka was a girl who bullied other’s in her school and she was very annoying, and she is also very insecure about her body and she want’s to have a attractive body and look like all of those supermodel’s but she can’t and she isn’t attractive at all and she doesn’t want to feel weak or be seen weak so she bullies other’s with her fake friend’s. Also Mieko and Shiro don’t go to the same school, and Fuji Shima she has parent’s who are abusive and they don’t care about her need’s and they want her to get the best grade’s or else they will punish her, and so she ran away from home and she was sleeping anywhere she could find. And the last girl is Oba Michi, she was raised in a loving family and she is very good at her school work and she also help’s her family by helping at their movie’s and Manga Store and she is a huge manga and movie’s fan and she has a huge collection of Movie’s and Manga and she is extremely brave even thought she doesn’t know how to fight but she still want’s to do the right thing. And it was the year 2023 when the largest tsunami in Japanese history hit and a bunch of people went into the building’s and went to the rooftop’s to survive and our 4 main character’s went into the same building and helped other’s also get to safety and when everyone made it up there it was just the 15 of them. And then later they went into the lower level’s of the building that weren’t flooded and they found food and 1 flashlight and other stuff and then way later that night they got to know each other better and sing a few song’s together and the power and Wi-Fi was out and it wouldn’t be working for a long time.. and then later they went to bed and the next morning the water only got higher, and it would be a long time until help come’s to save them and they also would have to be aware of other hostile survivor’s and the sea life. Also they have another survivor in the group and she also goes to the same school as Mieko Oka does and this survivor her name is Rinnie Ikuyo and she was in the cooking club before the tsunami happened. And she can help try to cook and feed the other survivor’s. Edit: if I ever did make this a anime it would be only one season and probably 8-11 episodes I guess idk..

So lets talk about what I've cut and what I've kept and what I've changed.
First off, predation is an absolute cut. The pay off of deal 2 damage just isn't good enough anymore. Even when you meet the condition to make it free, it just doesn't feel that strong. When you have it sitting in hand with no naga it just feels awful. I don't like it, I cut it, the deck performs better for it.
Added, through the fel and the flames. This card is absolutely bonkers. There is almost no situation where this feels bad at all. Even drawn super early it can usually enable some kind of value trade that allows it to go one for one, which is really all you can ask of a card. Given it can both buff and activate s'teno, this card is an easy inclusion would strongly recommend.
Kept, dispose of the evidence. I hear people are cutting this card, which is bonkers to me. Yes it feels bad to draw early and be down a card, but honestly there are some matchups (Frost DK), where this isn't even remotely the end of the world. It is so crucial to winning late, I'd never dream of cutting it. It is a frustrating card, but a powerful one
Cut, one rush the stage. Credit Luna over on twitch for this one, it is the first place I saw this and I whole heartedly agree. You only have 6 rush minions in the deck, two of which you almost always keep off the mulligan (fierce outsider). Rush the stage is way too often a draw one or a completely dead card. You don't even really want it until the midgame anyways, a one of is the right number.
Experimented with and cut. Wrathscale Naga. Just not a fan of this card at all. It looks great on paper, till you realize the dream of trading those 1/1 rushers in for face damage doesn't really happen that often, because you have to minions to trade into kill your minions. Above and beyond that, it is very RNGy and I'd rather have more ways of cycles through my deck. Best case scenario you go from way behind to roughly even on board, then you give them a while new turn to develop. This card just doesn't work.
Added Spectral Sight, there is no question this card is important. There are so many times you're cycling through your deck for the Halveria, glaivetar or dispose of the evidence. Having this card is an instant reload and it allows you to more confidently and fully commit to your early board, knowing that at any point you have a reload.
Kept, hawkstrider. This card is just too good. Critical for most control matchups and a great win more card to lock out a board based opponent that fell behind.
Cut, Pozzik. Hot take, but Pozzik just isn't that good folks. He is a 5/4 for 4 mana and if you don't play him exactly on 4, then he is fairly easy for most decks to deal with. Even worse, there are times you can't play him at all, because he is a vanilla 5/4, they can trade into him after they develop both bots. Maybe he works in other aggro decks, but not this one. Major cut.

Overall 50-28 since the miniset dropped.
DK 15-15, Blood is very much unfavored, if they have blood boil by turn 5, it is gonna be rough. That said, frost actually feels favored for you. Yes that strikes against common wisdom, but you have incredibly explosive starts and all you need to do if whack their face enough to be able to kill them over the top with glaivetar and dispose of the evidence. Try to find a way to stick a wretched outcast or hold a walloper going into their turn 7, that way you're not getting 5+5+5+10 from double frostworm fury and losing a game you absolutely dominated the board on.

Hunter 2-1 Rip Hunter
mage 2-2 Mage is annoying, the fact there aren't that many of these is a god send, this feels like it could be a bad matchup.
Paladin 6-1 Your tools vs paladin are just so strong.
Priest 9-0 Control priest feels like it should be hard, but you always just seem to get there. Shadow is heavily favored for you. It's one of the few matchups you really need to prioritize your own health total though, as they damn do they hurt.
Rogue 2-1
Shaman 0-1
Warlock 2-1
Warrior 5-4. Every flavor of warrior feels winnable. Hawkstriders are key here to avoiding that annoying enrage warrior aoe. You'll come on line quicker than they will, but you have to respect their potential. Focus on building durable boards, and for the love of god keep those hawkstiders off the mulligan.

I’ll just start by saying I am a newer but huge Lost Ark fan and I have only been playing for a couple of weeks. Recently I completed the North Vern quest line and had my 2 power passes to create new alts. During my time deciding what I wanted to give a shot at I came across a couple of tier lists online and perused through em, trying to gain some insight. However there was not ONE single tier list or list of any kind for PVP or PVE that contained the slayer. It got to the point where I started looking for that one specifically. I [18F] have been dating my bf [18M] for nearly 3 years now. He is my first relationship, first love and I’m his first relationship as well. We were our firsts in everything, so I’m very attached to him and he means the world so this is kinda painful for me to think about and write but I need advice. So I want to surprise him with something crazy and extraordinary and I’m hoping that with all of y‘all‘s help I can make it happen.
Since he watches every race diligently I would love to have him see someone in the audience holding a flag or poster saying „friend _name, you are loved“.
And maybe he feels a bit better every time he sees that at a race and it’ll cheer him up just a little bit.
I’m therefore, asking for help from fans who are attending races around the world to help me make this happen.
Even if I get to do this at just a few races and not all races in the rest of the season it would be lovely.

Hi, Ive built a few pcs before but never a smaller pc, or even anything other than a regular ATX size. Im looking into building a medium to small PC for gaming, emulating, and HTPC for my birthday in August. I wanted a PC that will fit on a shelf, and ITX just seems like the way to go. I only have a few notes going into the list.

1. There will be 4 total Pure Wings 2 Fans added to the build. I will need to buy a fan hub to use all of them.
2. The Pure Rock 2, Pure Wings Fans and the Zotac MINI 2070 SUPER are transferes from an older project, and will not be edited as I wont have to spend any additional $.
3. I would prefer the Motherboard to have built in WIFI/BT
4. I prefer less cables so M.2 SSD and Fully Modular PSU are prefered
5. Prefer to not go over $600

The cooling config will be 2 in the front, 2 at the bottom, and 1 in the back.
Please let me know any red flags you see with the build, major or minor. Additionaly if there is any future hardware releasing before August that could benifit this build, please let me know!

I'll try to explain the best I can. Only had the car about a year and the blower motor didn't work when I got it. I changed the blower motor a few months back and ac and heat were working fine. Few days ago it was 90 degrees and I started it went back inside, came back it was blowing hot air out. When I started driving it would blow cold air. I checked the radiator fluid and bought some refrigerant with a gauge on it. When I hooked up to the ac line the radiator fan kicked on and it was ad perfect pressure. Basically only time it blows cold is when the radiator fan kicks in but the fan turns right back off.. if I cycle the ac on and off it kicks back on 90 percent of the time.. should I changed out the fan? To change the ac compressor it's like 900 dollars:( any tips on what to do or where to start would be appreciated.. thankyou in advance

I’m looking to upgrade my home listening experience. I’m not super knowledgeable with this stuff so help is greatly appreciated. Right now I use Sony WH-1000XM4. Sound clarity and quality are my number 1 concern, comfort would also be nice too. I know wired is better than Bluetooth for sound so I wanna stick with those. Deathmetal is mostly what I listen to these days. Am I right in assuming that open back is better than closed? Sound isolation and leaking isn’t a concern. Let’s say for now money isn’t a concern either, since I plan to save up for these. My only question in regards to money is, is there much of a difference between headphones that cost $300 than ones closer to $1000? Like is the sound that much more advanced? Like I said, sound is everything to me at this point. I appreciate any and all advice!

To give some context, I'm a software engineer who's worked for a couple of Fortune 500 Companies and clients, and for the longest time I've been a fan of japanese culture, and from what I remember, teachers/professors are well respected within Japan.
If money wasn't "an issue", I'd have gladly become a teacher instead as I feel the most joy when sharing knowledge. Currently in my country I have a western-level salary, on eastern european living costs. That basically means that at the end of the month, I have more money to spend/invest than most other people.
The "non-monetary" cost comes instead in the quality of life, which is bad. Its worthless to buy a Tesla if you have no proper infrastructure roadwise and chargingwise. It's worthless to buy land if there is no major development made in the area. If you need urgent medical attention, you might just book a flight and hope for better treatment elsewhere. If I were to become a teacher instead, I'd have between x5 and x20 a lower salary, so it really is not viable.
What I was wondering is:

• How satisfied are with your experience in Japan? What were you doing before?
  
• How are the students? Is it hard to work with them? Perhaps some sort of langauge barrier?
  
• Do you teach pre-university or university-level? Does the region matter?
  
• How hard would it be to actually find a job? Also, how's the pay? Do you teach kids extra, something like 1 to 1 sessions so that you earn extra cash? How do taxes work there?
  
• Did you move alone? If so, did you find a partner there? Friends?
  
• Is it okay if you don't speak or read the language? If yes, up to what point? Is there something like "its been two years and you don't speak japanese at all, perhaps you are no longer fit to work with us"
  

Currently I only have a Bachelor's degree, so teaching in Uni would require me to finish a Masters and a PHD, unless things work differently there. Perhaps I can access funds and have free education?
My work experience though in the field should make me valuable, but is that something Japanese people would look for or not?

Bit of a long story but I really need some advice on what to do next, this is really embarrassing:
I set up one of my facebook accounts with a male name and no profile picture. I use this account to sell things on Facebook Marketplace. Because of the FB algorithm I ended up seeing a group started by a guy who had a successful kickstarter. I joined this chatroom because I was a fan of the kickstarter when it came out last year.
Sidenote: I recently started a company to sell a new toy invention and currently have two prototypes.
I asked in the chatroom if they thought my product would do well in a Kickstarter. People were very nice in this chatroom and to my surprise the guy who started this chatroom and the owner of the very successful kickstarter, lets call him "Paul", told me to message him privately because he thinks he can give me an intro to a big toy company. I was blown away by his generosity but this guy seriously moves fast.
I PM'd him and said I was interesting in learning more on how he could help me out... then he voice called me! I had just woken up so my voice was kind of drowsy and sounded like a guys. I answered and thankfully he was sharing a lot of information so it didnt require me to talk much and when I did I talk I kept it short and my voice low.
At this point hes been using my fake male name on Facebook throughout this whole convo. After our call ends and I send him a video of my product he asks me if I had an email I use. I quickly made a fake email on gmail [malename].[toy]@gmail.com and then he emails an intro to that giant toy company with that email introducing me as [male name]!
There's about 5 people all CC'd into this email. They're asking me to 1. sign a contract 2. set up a TEAMS pitch meeting.. Then Paul PM's me on facebook and says "I'd be happy to be a part of the meeting with you etc". FML I also have terrible social anxiety hence the fake personas online
I've dug myself into a really deep hole and I dont know how to get out of it, its also VERY embarrassing that this lie went on for so long but I have to tell you all - this happened in the span of an hour!
What should I do? I'm thinking of PM'ing Paul on facebook and telling him the truth that im actually not a guy and then taking him out of the CC emails and telling all of the company workers at this toy company that my legal name is actually [female name] and im a woman and i only go by [male name] on facebook because I sell things on marketplace and dont want to use my real identity. There's also the issue of the email they're communicating with me at which also makes things confusing. What do you think I should do?

Cause I feel like that shit lasted forever. If you watched the show live with all the commercials, you have my condolences. It was bad enough trying to watch it recorded. Talk about tedious. Holy crap.
For those who had enough sense not to watch it, here's what you missed:
- I'm pretty sure there were about 5 hours of the world's most boring Chris and Nicole scenes. I had to fast-forward through most of it to preserve my sanity, but occasionally stopped to see what Nicole was babbling about at the moment. Since they're this seasons "happy couple", we were forced to see how "happy" they were --- even though Chris never smiles, and is the least happy "happy" person I've ever seen in my life. We also got to see why crazy Nicole declared bankruptcy a few years ago; she loves spending money on overpriced pointless shit like giant magnifying glasses and tacky golden chairs. Ironically, she said she only buys stuff "she can afford" --- which is clearly why she declared bankruptcy. I'd assume she would have told Chris by now of her skills with money, but the bankruptcy topic doesn't seem to have been brought up since they're so "happy" now (unless I fast-forwarded through it). If money issues don't kill this relationship, personality conflicts (he has none; hers is out of control) will.
- Clint had a staged date clearly set up by production...or him....with a redhead, so that someone else could tell him they don't like dating redheads. Cause that running joke needs to be beaten to death. He claims a mutual friend set him up on a blind date, and yet this mutual friend didn't know her redheaded ass doesn't like dating redheads. But don't cry for him Argentina, as he had sex with some mystery friend of his instead post-Gina according to him. I'm beginning to think the reason why Clint and Gina were paired is because they can spend hours talking in endless circles about nothing.
- Airris went from saying he and Jasmine were "good friends" earlier in the episode --- because he lives in a parallel universe --- to saying maybe they weren't a few days later. She said he'll never be walking her dog again, so apparently that friendship was short-lived. But, like Clint, he claims he had sex too since the marriage ended. Do we believe any of this, considering in the last episode he was asking his roommate's girlfriend if she had any women to set him up with? I tend to think most of his "sexual conquests" live in the same world where he and Jasmine are great friends.
- Dom is still a juvenile idiot. Production staged an incredibly awkward scene with her and Clint in some park because "she knew Clint was looking for dogs" and she wanted to show her dog to Clint, even though she's not selling it --- yes it made no sense. And then....because this wasn't staged at all....she randomly decided she'd like to start dating Gil from whatever season that was, so she messaged him in the park with Clint. I'm going to predict that Gil doesn't need another whiney self-absorbed woman in his life, so that will go nowhere. (Jasmine, by the way, isn't a fan of Myrla at all, which makes me like Jasmine even more.)
- Mac's job title on the show needs to be changed from "Entrepreneur" to "Opportunist". I couldn't keep track of how many "businesses" his entrepreneurial ass supposedly owned....that are all clearly dead now. Nothing he does or says (remember all those weird lies he was telling Dom on the honeymoon?) really makes sense. He strikes me as one of these people who has probably gotten by on his looks most of his life. He claims he recently just moved out of the friend's parents' basement and rented his own place there, but then also accepted a job in Michigan shortly after that. Now he wants to try dating Gina even though he's leaving town. They actually had more chemistry on the ten minutes of their date we saw than either of them had with the partners the "experts" matched them with. Unfortunately, she's married to her job, and he's married to himself, so it probably won't work out.

I'm having AC issues and a coworker recommend me a company. I'm located in Los Angeles, CA. The work done so far was:

• AC unit is 9 years old and had no refrigerant. He filled the unit with nitrogen, went into the attic to assess the setup, we chatted for a bit about my coworker, went back to the AC unit, and stated it was slowly losing pressure so there was a leak. Offered to fill with refrigerant ($$$$) and leak seal, or test each area first before filling with refrigerant; I opted for the latter.
• Cut apart and sealed 3 different areas (outdoor compressor, refrigerant lines, and evaporator), filled each area with nitrogen, and goal was to isolated each part to figure out where the leak was
• Technician stated the attic was incredibly tight and he could barely cut and weld the pieces safely. The attic is less then 3 feet tall at the highest but slopes down to an inch to the outside walls, and is approximately 15 feet by 15 feet so most areas are well below 2 feet tall. The evaporator and furnace were squished together at the back of the attic, the lines were behind the units too so he had only a few inches to maneuver while crawling so yeah, it was very tight.
• Technician came back 3 days later, and stated the evaporator coils was leaking; outdoor compressor and lines were fine. The issue was that he cannot safely access and install the evaporator so he'd call me back with a fix.

He got back to me Tuesday and his scope of work was to replace the evaporator and move both the evaporator and old furnace to the center of the attic where there's space. He would build a platform, move the units over, redo the coppedrain/refrigerant/gas/electrical lines, and reroute the ductwork and exhaust pipe to the new area. Total all in cost was $8k. I've been shopping around, but many companies are fully booked for the next month and can't even drop by to take a look to give me a quote any sooner. I thought I would give Reddit a try so here I am. How does the quote sound? Do I need to ask him any questions pertaining to the work? Should I consider placing the furnace at the same time? Thoughts on how much that addition would be? Thanks again for reading this.

I hate it when we’re supposed to assume that the two main characters will fall in love. So I was vehemently opposed to Ted and Rebecca being an item.
They’re chalk and cheese. Rebecca is sophisticated, refined. Ted is folksy, unworldly.
When Ted baked biscuits for Rebecca, I was like “that’s just his way of sucking up to the boss.”
When Ted defended Rebecca against Rupert: “yeah, Ted hates a bully. He’d’ve done the same for anyone.”
When Ted comforted Rebecca after Rupert embarrassed her at the fundraiser: “I wish I had a friend like Ted.”
When Rebecca comforted Ted after his panic attack at karaoke: “I wish I had a friend like Rebecca.”
When they made it seem like Ted and Rebecca were communicating on Bantr: “fuckit, writers. Ted and Rebecca are not compatible! Don’t pretend that Ted can write those profound quotes.” (As it turns out yes, he didn’t.)
When Ted and Rebecca gave Christmas gifts to kids: “man, Rebecca looks like an ice queen while Ted is Santa’s elf.”
When Ted sang to help out Rebecca at her dad’s funeral: “yeesh, don’t ruin Rick Astley for her, Ted. You definitely ruined him for me.”
Whenever Ted or Rebecca reached out to the other but somehow the other was incommunicado: “thank God Ted ran off/Sassy was there/the phone fell in the river.”
When the prophesy made it look like Rebecca was choosing between Sam or Ted: “what the-! Those are both workplace relationships! Neither! Neitherrrrrrr!!!!!”
Finally, when the writers trolled us with Ted waking up at Rebecca’s place, I nearly burst an artery. “What the hell, writers! These characters deserve so much more respect then just hooking up! What is wrong with you?!?” I was so relieved when I saw Beard appear in his red thong.
I was so happy when Dutch guy (whose name we find out is Mathis) appeared in “Sunflowers”. I fervently hoped it would be him. This is what “fucking lightning” looks like. In one episode, Rebecca and Mathis had more chemistry than Ted and Rebecca in 3 seasons.
Then Rebecca bade farewell to Ted at the airport, and by golly, Hannah Waddingham’s performance was so good, because I felt her anguish. Rebecca loved Ted, but with such a pure love. They brought out the best in each other. They understood each other’s pain. They supported one another and together, created a winning football team.
This is the guy who forgave her even when she tried to humiliate and destroy him. He sought ways to cheer her up and make her feel worthy of love and respect.
In return, she never lost faith in him. We focus on how the Richmond team believed in each other, but we don’t mention how much Rebecca believes in Ted. Even when they were losing, she never thought of firing him. She was the first to see his panic attacks and the first to see him through.
In that final goodbye, I became a TedBecca fan, but not in a romantic way. I want to see more of this pure, beautiful friendship. I want to see Ted doing “biscuits with the boss” every day and trying his best at girl talk. I want to see Rebecca drumming some sense into Ted and preventing him from being too whimsical. I want to see them grow old together as only the closest, dearest, most heartwarming friends do.
Sadly, I don’t think Ted will feature in any possible spin-offs. It’s a pity because it’s not often that we see such a beautiful platonic relationship.

I'm making an arcade game, a top-down twin stick shooter kind of like Robotron 2084 in principle, but with analog sticks in mind. One thing I really want to get right is making enemies that complement each other well in different combinations and not having too much overlap in purpose. Ideally, the should work so that each enemy represents an archetype and each combination of enemies becomes a unique challenge. I've got four enemies implemented so far:

• Fast, weak enemies that attempt to flank and swarm the player and behave somehow erratically so as to avoid player shots
• Stronger mines that are mostly stationary until you get close to them, upon which they will activate and follow the player in a straight path
• Snipers that move slowly in a random direction and fire fast moving shots directly at the player (not leading their shots)
• Turrets that are stationary and fire slower missiles that turn towards the player, but not too fast to give the player a chance to dodge them

But after that, I'm kind of running out of ideas. My view of how enemies should work together is mostly based on (the original) Doom (and Doom II), but the way the game is designed with completely open single screen arena stages (like Robotron), I don't really have a way to incorporate hitscan enemies, which I am a huge fan of for the sake of variety.
I guess starting to actually design levels might help me come up with new enemy designs, but because the only thing there is to the levels are pretty much the enemy combinations I was hoping to start from the other end: letting the enemies inspire my level design.
How do you approach this problem? I'm sure I'll figure my way out of it, but getting slightly stuck now made me curious about how others think of enemy design, and it seems like an interesting topic for discussion.
