| A few weeks ago I posted my Francine “The Queen” parody NASCAR shirt design here in rva. Y’all responded with so much love for Francine and my artwork - I was blown away. Unfortunately, after the post started to garner attention, bots stole the artwork, stretched the sh*t out of it, and put it up for sale on sketchy website. I was dismayed, but decided to rally and have the shirts printed ASAP. I threw up a preorder on my website and blasted out the link. Two weeks later I picked up the shirts and (with the help of my fam) hand-delivered them to all you wild Francine fans that ordered one. Later that day I ran into one of y’all wearing the shirt at Strangeways which was so cool! I wanted to make this post for a number of reasons First, thank you to everyone who ordered a shirt! Second, to tell you to learn from my mistake and watermark your artwork! Lastly, to encourage y’all to JUST DO IT insert Shia LeBeouf flex here. This happened a few years ago, but I think about it somewhat frequently.
I( 25M at the time)inadvertently received a cat when my fiance left me in 2019. I didn't like cats. I am a dog person. The cat and I started getting along, and even now we're closer than ever. Love the guy.
However, a couple of months after I got the cat, I was seeing A(23F). Things were going great. We had been on 4 great dates, and I was starting to see potential for a future there, and she was as well.
One night, we had a date, and things went great. I was going to drop her off at the airport first thing in the morning because she was traveling to see her family back home. I agreed to drop her off because she lived an hour from the airport while I lived 15 minutes away.
We get ready for bed, and my cat was sleeping in his usual spot - at the foot of the bed on my side of the bed. I get in bed before A, and when she gets in, she kicks the cat off of the bed. I said "what did you do that for?" and she said "cat's don't belong in the bed. I don't want him in it." I got very upset, because I respect my animals, and I expect them to be respected by visitors. I told her that the cat had more of a right to be in the bed than she did, and if she had a problem with it, she could go sleep on the couch.
The next day, I took her to the airport, and we never really talked again. So Reddit, AITA?

Last night, at the Downtown Library, PUSH Buffalo and The League of Women Voters held a candidate forum for all competitive races for the upcoming common council election. Each candidate running in a competitive Democratic primary was invited. The city has no Republican primary in any district.
Under NYS only registered party members can vote in party primaries. The deadline to change your party affiliation has passed according to the
NYSBOE.
The deadline to register is June 17th, any applications sent by mail MUST BE RECEIVED BY JUNE 17th.You can check your voter registration status and your polling location
here. Information on registering to vote, along with Spanish forms can be found
here. Early voting is open Saturday, June 17th & Sunday, June 18th, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, June 19th – June 23rd, Noon to 9:00 PM Saturday, June 24th & Sunday, June 25th, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You can vote at any of the

North Masten University * Kathryn Franco No representatives for Lovejoy were in attendance. In addition, incumbents Joe Golombek (North), Brian Bollman(Lovejoy), and Rasheed Wyatt (University) were not in attendance. Per the LWV's empty chair rule, the absence of two candidates from each district meant that only those running for Ellicot district were allowed to speak to the audience.
I will try my best in the following section to recap the event to the best of my abilities. I do not pretend to be unbiased, however, I will attempt to be fair to each of the candidates in my highlights section.
Matt Dearing (Note, he will also be on the November Ballot on the WFP Line) Matt Dearing gave several answers of policy substance. He highlighted his experience as a community relations director for the NYS assembly. Some substantive policy positions he stated included:
- A full removal of the NYS-33 as opposed to the proposed cap
- Buffalo becoming a "Sanctuary City", which would prevent city law enforcement from cooperating with federal immigration officials
- A pilot program for municipal sidewalk snow removal
- Buffalo taking steps required under the Emergency Tenant Protection Act to enact rent control
- Cracking down on code violations for landlords and expediting the inspections process
- Expanding the cities network of protected bike lanes and integrating them with the NFTA *Cited the Christmas Blizzard as the "biggest failure" in recent memory
Cedric Holloway Cedric Holloway emphasized his love of his community, his involvement in youth sports and a role as a youth mentor. He used much of his time to talk about the value of community programs. Some highlights from him include
- Expanding job training and youth development
- Expediting city allocation of lead abatement funds to property owners
- A full removal of the NYS-33 as opposed to the proposed cap
- Hiring more housing inspectors (said the city has 4, 3 of whom are currently paid using ARP funds (would need a fact check)
Eddie Egriu Eddie Egriu highlighted his experience in the private sector and in activism. I frankly couldn't understand a lot of his answers to policy questions (at one point he gave a statement that could be interpreted as being either pro or anti-marijuana legalization for example). He included some attacks on other candidates, which I will not repeat. He emphasized
- A full removal of the NYS-33 as opposed to the proposed cap
- Opposition to subsidized housing development without strict affordability quotas
- "Experience" (He started every sentence in his closing statement with the word)
- Property tax relief for homeowners
Leah Halton Pope Pope emphasized throughout the night her deep relationships across the community and all levels of government. She emphasized her experience working for the Assembly Majority leader Crystal Peoples-Stokes. Many of her answers were vague and hard to pin down on specifics, often emphasizing working with others to find solutions. For instance, on a question regarding BPD's sharing of license plate information with federal immigration agencies, she emphasized being welcoming of immigrants, and "working with our partners in the federal government" to ensure their rights are respected. On housing, she emphasized the need for housing stability but did not commit to using the ETPA, (however, she may have alluded to it). She did come out in support of the cap of the NYS-33 as opposed to the full removal.

Bit of a rant.
I’ve been job searching for a year or so since I graduated. Context: I went to university in Singapore, then relocated to the UK to live with my partner.
I’ve applied to over 350 roles on LinkedIn. Hundreds elsewhere on various job boards. I’ve chatted up folks on LinkedIn. Asked professors and my uni’s careers department for help (limited, since they’re all in Singapore and I’m in the UK). I’ve walked into cafes and retail stores with my retail-friendly CV. I’ve tried writing tailored cover letters as well. I’ve also signed up with local recruitment agencies who asked me to send my CV on listings on their websites, which I did.
I used to get interviews regularly, not anymore though. I received emails from hiring managers stating they decided not to hire after all, or that they found a more suitable candidate.
I have worked in contractual positions as a tech writer, and as a research assistant so I have a work history. In the past year, I’ve taken up certs and built a portfolio. Work permit is not the issue as I’m eligible to work in the UK.
What else should I do? Starting to lose hope.

Is anyone else unable to connect their S40 to an iPhone 14 Pro? I just received a new phone and am unable to connect to the Golf app via bluetooth.Support Center claims the following about the Golf version 2.13 that was released yesterday: "Garmin Golf app 2.13 version is not pairing to Approach devices right now""If you had the 2.12.2 version, it didn't effect. Once the software was released to the iOS store and people updated, we started getting the calls/chats. A case was opened and now the Engineer's are working on it."

Hey everyone!
So I (22F) went to the physiotherapist the other day for the first time to get my neck and back pain checked. The person at reception was a man in his late 30s or 40s. I had to wait in the waiting room for about twenty minute and the receptionist started chatting to me. I'm quite a chatty person so I didn't mind at all and didn't think anything of it as he's much older than me. He asked me about where I was from and where I worked and I told him. After my appointment, I went to his desk to ask for an invoice and he asked if I will be back for a second appointment. He said he will send the invoice to my home address which he knows. Two hours after I get home, I receive a call and it's the receptionist. I assumed it was about the invoice or something like that. But he starts complimenting very awakwardly telling me I have nice eyes and stuff like that. He then asked me to tell him where I work and when I'm working. I ignore the question and tell him that I can't talk right now. I was very weirded out and didn't know what to say. He then calls me again a few hours later but I didn't pick up that time. Now I'm worried because he knows where I work and he knows my exact home address. Am I overreacting? I thought about reporting him but- one, I feel bad (i know I shouldn't but I don't want someone to lose their job). and two, I'm worried he might try to get back at me somehow. Should I just forget about it and find a new physiotherapist?

Hello Reddit. I have been in a great job for a year now, and everything is going really well. The only issue I consistently face is the fact that I have to figure everything out on my own and teach myself. There have been no trainings or documentation provided. However, since I genuinely enjoy my work, I have been able to persevere. I have even built an entire department on my own, which is currently running exceptionally well. About six months ago, I informed my supervisor that I find great joy in this newly established department and that I feel fully engaged in it, expressing my desire to continue overseeing it. However, I never received a real confirmation. Nevertheless, the workload in that department kept increasing, and since nobody reassigned me and I was consistently praised for my work and encouraged to continue developing it, I assumed everything was fine. However, this week I was made aware, through an email in which I was copied, that a new employee will start in two weeks. Among other tasks, this employee will be solely responsible for the department I built. It is expected of me to train the new employee and provide ongoing support, as this person is unfamiliar with the industry. Feeling deeply hurt by this situation, I have requested a meeting with my supervisor, which will take place next week. I admit that it was more of an impulsive act on my part, as I can't even articulate why this decision feels "unethical/wrong." I simply feel profoundly offended and hurt, but I don't want to quit either. Therefore, my question is, how should I proceed now? Would it be presumptuous to say that it was a mistake to hire someone new in the first place? I am unfortunately quite clueless and don't want to speak impulsively and make matters worse, as this situation is really taking a toll on me. Has anyone else been in a similar situation?

I’m posting this out of nerves, but here’s my situation from the start for travel starting on 6/17:
-Applied at a local USPS on 2/25 with a DS-64 stating I lost my original and then did a whole new application.
-Marked received by Locator 58 on 3/2. 🎉
-Received a letter on 5/20 stating a signature was missed on DS-64 😑
-Called local congressman’s office and they had me overnight a signed DS-64 to Locator 58 directly. Sent signed DS-64 on 5/24 with “guaranteed” USPS delivery on 5/25. The tracking showed it was delivered 5/26 (thanks USPS 🙄)
-Passport was shipped to me on 6/1 and the tracking information with USPS was provided 🎉🥳
-Passport has to go from Locator 58, Philadelphia to my home in suburban Pittsburgh. Again, shipped 6/1, estimated delivery was 6/5.
-USPS tracking showed it go from Philadelphia to Pittsburgh … and then to Fayetteville, AR. 😳 it was showing on my USPS Informed Delivery so it’s attached to my address, meaning the address is correct on the package.
-By today, 6/7, it shows it back in Pittsburgh (fortunately) and then it departed the USPS Regional Destination Facility in Pittsburgh, HOPEFULLY bound for my local post office for delivery. But it did this once already and ended up in ARKANSAS!
Why am I posting this when there is hopefully light at the end of my tunnel? Because I have zero faith in the USPS. They have lost more items of just mine in my lifetime that it’s remarkable.
To put my nerves at ease, does anyone have any “worst case” suggestions IF this passport continues on a USPS rollercoaster? I have to have the passport in hand by 6/16 for early travel on 6/17. This should be entirely possible, but alas, it’s been nothing short of pathetic.

I am having this problem which I have tried to put off as long as I could. I am not an employee anymore, but am an independent contractor. I left as an employee 5+ years ago because they were moving away. There is no HR, it’s a very small company with 2 employees, then me.
I’ve always had these control issues from my boss. I don’t know if I should just shrug it off to “keep the peace” and give him what he wants? I do play into some of his little games because I know what he’s doing and he keeps giving me work. That, and he’s over there and I’m over here.
But trying to make me text him every time I email him or him texting and calling after hours and on weekends is absurd. I don’t think that should be tolerated.
I got a text the other day at 6pm when the office closes at 4 and it was not urgent. I left it until the next day, and didn’t address it. I just gave him a call instead of texting back and did it the next day. But now he wants me to text him every time I communicate with him through email and he’s trying to say they have an email issue- but only with me!! So I made a new email account with a different provider. But he’s still claiming I’m the only one who isn’t receiving his emails and he’s not receiving mine. He wants to text me and call me at these off hours asking if I’ve received things. I don’t believe it because I watch him do this to others the entire 10 (edit - I put 15, but that’s how long I’ve worked with him in total) years I worked with him in the office. I see the little games, he has a history of doing this even to friends.
So do I play along? Like honestly what’s he going to do if I block his number over the weekend and he’s looking for me and I say oh I didn’t realize when did you call? Or what did you text to me?
Then part of me wonders if I’m crazy because I get to work from home, away from him, and shouldn’t rock the boat. But I know how bad he can get and I need to keep distance. It’s actually been relatively fine the entire time I’ve worked from home. He plays his games a few times a year. And there is no way I would have to go into the office because they moved out of state. Which is why I started working from home.

I don't know where to properly begin.
I'll start from the beginning I guess.
In the late 90's I received a settlement for ~1.2m USD. I took 300k in a home, most of the rest went to lawyers and assorted costs, and 50k went to my mom. A bunch went into a structured settlement that I live on.
My mom put that 50k into a house. She died in March 2022 and the home sold for 950k. My sister and I are beneficiary's to 60% of that 950k. And I'm a creditor to the estate for the original 50k. Yeah... No interest on that loan. 50k in 94/96 50k today. Whatever. I was a minor and knew very little. So, I'm looking at the 50k and about 260k or roughly 310k.
I'm an engineer now and still know very little. That is why I am asking you
personalfinance I could really use a little liquidity and maybe the 50k can be that. However, I'm terrified of squandering / wasting / being fucking stupid with the bulk of the ~300k. I'm 46. Have a guaranteed 40k/anum tax free income for the rest of my life , live in China and am looking to move to Thailand so LCOL.
I know very surface level about index funds and the idea of a feudecery. However, I have absolutely no idea how to move forward with anything.

2023.06.07 20:02 dan__xz My girlfriend (25f) and I (25m) have had a nearly sexless relationship for half the time we've been together, and I'm clueless on how to proceed. I need serious help.
(I apologize for any run-ons or bad grammar, English is not my first language and I am still learning!)
My girlfriend and I have been together for about 3 years, and for nearly half of it it has been almost entirely sexually dead.
We first moved in together at the beginning of 2022, and things stayed sexually frequent enough through to about the midpoint of the year, where things got really tough. She had been working an incredibly stressful job which she hated, and I had been jumping from career to career trying various things due to being unhappy with the career path I had originally been going down. Shortly after this, I decided to find a way back into university - but once again changed degree paths over to something else after realizing how oversaturated my major was at my uni. (Do remember I am working as many hours a week as I humanly can to help with finances, along with going to uni) This all coincided with us being dead broke and being under a significant amount of financial stress, and causing us to take the opportunity to move in with one of my parents in order to avoid the increasingly high rent costs in our area. Living with one of my parents effectively took sex off the table to begin with due to a lack of privacy, and us generally being uncomfortable with the idea considering the location of our room compared to the rest of the house (main floor). During this time from early 2022 into mid 2023, we had sex at the very most around 10 times, which for our ages I consider to be completely pitiful, especially considering the consistency and high frequency prior to us moving in together originally. We had sex only once living in my parent's home, which we were in for around 6 months.
During that same time, she gained a significant amount of weight, gaining around 30 kg (60 lbs). I did not lose attraction for her whatsoever and loved her all the same, but was concerned about her health. Considering she never brought it up, I assumed she was happy with the way she looked and if she was happy with it, I would not try to push her on the topic. However, the weight gain brought on lethargy, bad moods, and a simply consistent lack of motivation to do anything after work that I'd never seen from her before. I didn't put two and two together until I recognized that the weight gain directly coincided with the lack of sex in our relationship. She then realized she was now classified as being obese, and it truly shook her up. This was just over a month ago, and we moved into a different apartment in a much more affordable area closer to her work, in order to deal with the long and stressful commute she had been dealing with at her newer, less stressful job. She started exercising lightly and eating better once we moved into this apartment in order to get to her goal weight, which I was incredibly proud of her for taking the initiative to do so. Having lost a ton of weight in the past and being a fitness oriented guy myself, I recognize this is a marathon and not a sprint, and am trying to promote healthy eating habits that are sustainable to where she never has to go through this again.
However, we have been moved in for around a month and after having yet another conversation on the topic (this has probably been the 20th time all together, at this point), absolutely nothing has changed. This time around during this conversation I even brought up the fact that I don't even receive any compliments or any reason to believe she's sexually interested in me at all, which she felt bad about, and proceeded to remedy the issue - for about a week. That effort stopped shortly as well.
I brought up the weight gain earlier not as a jab, but because I genuinely believe it affected her self esteem badly enough to cause her to lose any sexual interest, not just because she doesn't like how she looks, but because she simply is actually too tired on a consistent basis to want to have sex. During the process of her gaining that much weight, after she had gained a fair bit, anything sexually adventurous was off the table. Any positions that weren't her laying and doing almost nothing couldn't happen anymore, because it made her too tired/sore. I figure boredom could've contributed to this problem as well.
Since I fear this may be the root cause of the problem, I haven't taken any drastic action due to recognizing how long losing that type of weight can typically take, and have no interest in rushing that whatsoever.
Bear in mind this is a girl who I love nearest and dearest to my heart. We share almost identical values, get along extremely well, have the same sense of humor, and have never had any meltdowns or huge fights in the 3 years we've been together, even considering how rough some of the time has been for us as individuals. I want to make this work, but the lack of sexual interaction has grinded my self esteem into dust, and has made my already existing depression rear it's ugly head far worse than any other time in my life. I never had any idea being in a long-term relationship that had been mostly sexless for an extended period of time could damage one this badly, but I get it now.
I'm sure I left some details out, but I really do not know how to proceed. I know casual conversations will not work, as they haven't worked before. I fear bringing up the fact that the lack of sex directly coincided with the weight gain will only damage her and will not bring about any change. I am not a cheater and never will be, and I have no interest in an open relationship. This is the partner I want, and I want to salvage this - but I want brutal honesty. Additional terms specific to the Contest, including deadline(s), entry method(s) and particular prize(s) may be set forth on the page which linked to these Official Rules (the “Contest Page”). By registering for or participating in the Contest, you are accepting the terms and conditions of participation on the Contest Page, these Official Rules, the EULA, and the Rulebook.
The sponsor of this Contest is Proxima Beta Pte. Ltd., a Singapore corporation with offices at 10 Anson Rd., #21-07, International Plaza, Singapore (“Sponsor”).
- Eligibility. All entrants must, as of the date of entry: (a) be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their residence (whichever is higher), and (b) have a PUBG MOBILE game account in good standing. Employees of Sponsor, Krafton, and their respective parent and affiliate companies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The entrant must be a registered member with their own account. In the event of a dispute as to any entrant, the authorized holder of the associated account, email address, or username will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized holder” is the natural person assigned an account, email address, or username by an Internet access provider, online service provider, social media channel or other organization responsible for assigning accounts, email addresses, or usernames. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized holder.
Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email or other account needed for participation. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email or addresses, accounts, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that participant’s entries and that participant may be disqualified. Use of any automated, programmed or robotic system or the like entry methods to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. All entries become property of Sponsor, and none will be acknowledged or returned.
2. Entry Methods
To participate in the Contest and be eligible for a potential prize, participants must share their in-Game Specter Slayer Set screenshots or their special trick video with Specter Slayer Set below in response to the applicable post from the applicable PUBG MOBILE social media post or post on their own account on the applicable platforms with the hashtag #PUBGMOBILE #PUBGMRPA #PUBGMOBILEC4S12 #RPAOUTFITCHALLENGE #GIVEAWAY.
· Entries must be original and not violate any third-party rights, and the entrant must have all rights necessary to submit the entry.
· Entries may not contain material that (a) is obscene, defamatory, libelous, threatening, pornographic, racially or ethnically offensive, or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or violate any law; (b) infringes, misappropriates or violates a third party’s patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, contractual rights, moral rights or other intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy, or any other rights of third parties; (c) violates, or encourages any conduct that would violate any applicable law or regulation or would give rise to civil liability; (d) is fraudulent, false, misleading or deceptive; (e) is grossly harmful, racially or ethnically objectionable, disparaging, blasphemous, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, pedophilic, vulgar or offensive; (f) promotes discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, harassment or harm against any individual or group; (g) is violent, bullying, or threatening or promotes violence, money laundering or gambling, terrorism, or actions that are threatening or disrespectful to any person or entity; (h) harms minors in any way; or (i) promotes illegal or harmful activities or substances.

Alternate Mail-In Entry: Legibly print your full name, postal address, valid email address, phone number, and date of birth on a piece of paper or a 3” x 5” index card, along with a print-out of a screenshot from your PUBG MOBILE gameplay, and mail it in to Proxima Beta Pte. Ltd., Attention: PUBG MOBILE ROYAL PASS COMMUNITY CHALLENGE, 12777 W Jefferson Blvd., Unit E, Los Angeles, CA 90066. To be eligible for the Contest, mail-in entries must be postmarked by June11, 2023 and received by Sponsor no later than May 12, 2023.
- Contest Period. This Contest will begin on June 7, 2023 at 6am (UTC+0) and runs through June 14, 2023 at 6:59am (UTC+0) (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Contest.
- Winner(s). This Contest will have ten (10) winners. All entries meeting the requirements of these Official Rules will be entered into the Contest. The number of Contest winners is specified below in this section. The Judges’ determination of the Contest winners is final and binding, subject to the below.
Judging Criteria:
· Creativity: Creativity and most eye-catching scenes/actions.
· Originality: The uniqueness of the entry.
In order to verify potential winner(s), Sponsor may require each potential winner to provide a valid ID. Sponsor will attempt to notify potential winner(s) by their PUBG MOBILE account, and/or by other means consistent with the Contest. Sponsor may contact winners in a language prominent in the country of entry of each such winner, or English. Winners must respond to Sponsor within 96 hours after notification from Sponsor.
Sponsor will notify winners on promptly following the close of the Promotion Period via their social media account and/or by other means consistent with the Contest as soon as reasonably practicable following the applicable drawing, but at least within seven (7) days of the final drawing. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification, including inactive account(s), technical difficulties associated therewith, or winner’s failure to adequately monitor any account. Participants are solely responsible for monitoring their Game account or social media account for potential prizes and must respond to Sponsor within forty-eight (48) hours or such other time frame as may be specified on the Contest webpage. In order to verify winner, Sponsor may require winner to provide a valid photo ID. Sponsor may contact winner in a language prominent in the country of entry of each such winner, or English. Winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release. Should winner fail to respond to Sponsor or cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize and/or where applicable an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release is not timely received, is incomplete or modified, the prize may be forfeited and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify that winner and select a new winner in a second-chance random drawing from remaining valid, eligible entries timely submitted.
- Prizes. The prizes are as indicated below. The prize(s) will be subject to the terms of the issuer. Winner may be disqualified if winner is unable, for any reason (including, without limitation, due to age or residence), to receive the prize from Sponsor. Except to the extent prohibited by law, entrants waive the benefit of any “moral rights” or “droit moral” or similar rights in any country to any content that they upload, submit or otherwise provide to Sponsor associated with the Contest (“Entrant Content”). In addition, entrant grants Sponsor a non-exclusive, transferable, worldwide, royalty-free, unrestricted, perpetual, irrevocable, license, with the right to sublicense, to such entrant’s name, likeness, and voice, including in connection with commercial or sponsored content. This means, among other things, that such entrant will not be entitled to any compensation from Sponsor, its affiliates, or its business partners if such entrant’s name, likeness, or voice is conveyed through the game or any related services, or on one of Sponsor’s business partner’s platforms.
- Disclaimer, Release and Limit of Liability. SPONSOR MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING ANY PRIZE OR YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST. If for any reason an entrant's Entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Contest, provided that if it is not possible to award another entry due to discontinuance of the Contest, or any part of it, for any reason, Sponsor, at its discretion, may elect to hold a choosing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In event that production, technical, programming or any other reasons cause more than stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a choosing from all legitimate, unawarded, eligible prize claims.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate, modify or suspend the Contest in whole or in part, if in Sponsor’s opinion: (a) the Contest is not capable of running as planned by reason of the occurrence of any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, communications, equipment failure, utility or service interruptions, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared), interference with the Contest by any party, or any federal, state, local or provincial government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control, or (b) any other factors beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Contest, in all instances without liability to the participants. - Hold Harmless. You agree to release, indemnify, defend and hold Sponsor and its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, sponsors and agents, including advertising and promotion agencies, and assigns, and any other organizations related to the Contest, harmless, from any and all claims, injuries, damages, expenses or losses to person or property and/or liabilities of any nature that in any way arise from participation in the Contest or acceptance or use of a prize or parts thereof, including, without limitation, (a) any condition caused by events beyond Sponsor’s control that may cause the Contest to be disrupted or corrupted; (b) the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Contest; and (c) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest.
- Governing Law. These Official Rules and the Contest, and any action related thereto, will be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act, federal arbitration law and the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of laws provisions. Except as otherwise expressly set forth in Section 11 “Dispute Resolution and Arbitration” the exclusive jurisdiction for all Disputes (defined below) that you and Sponsor are not required to arbitrate will be the state and federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California and you and Sponsor each waive any objection to jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
12. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
(a) Mandatory Arbitration of Disputes. We each agree that any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to this Contest and these Official Rules or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation or validity thereof or participation in the Contest (collectively, “Disputes”) will be resolved
solely by binding, individual arbitration and not in a class, representative or consolidated action or proceeding. You and Sponsor agree that the U.S. Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of these Official Rules, and that you and Sponsor are each waiving the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action. This arbitration provision shall survive termination of these Official Rules.
(b) Exceptions. As limited exceptions to Section 11(a) above: (i) we both may seek to resolve a Dispute in small claims court if it qualifies; and (ii) we each retain the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief from a court to prevent (or enjoin) the infringement or misappropriation of our intellectual property rights.
(c) Conducting Arbitration and Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules (the “AAA Rules”) then in effect, except as modified by these Official Rules. The AAA Rules are available at
www.adr.org or by calling 1-800-778-7879. A party who wishes to start arbitration must submit a written Demand for Arbitration to AAA and give notice to the other party as specified in the AAA Rules. The AAA provides a form Demand for Arbitration at
www.adr.org. Any arbitration hearings will take place in the county (or parish) where you live, unless we both agree to a different location. The parties agree that the arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to decide all issues relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability and scope of this arbitration agreement.
(d) Arbitration Costs. Payment of all filing, administration and arbitrator fees will be governed by the AAA Rules, and we won’t seek to recover the administration and arbitrator fees we are responsible for paying, unless the arbitrator finds your Dispute frivolous. If we prevail in arbitration we’ll pay all of our attorneys’ fees and costs and won’t seek to recover them from you. If you prevail in arbitration you will be entitled to an award of attorneys’ fees and expenses to the extent provided under applicable law.
(e) Injunctive and Declaratory Relief. Except as provided in 11(b) above, the arbitrator shall determine all issues of liability on the merits of any claim asserted by either party and may award declaratory or injunctive relief only in favor of the individual party seeking relief and only to the extent necessary to provide relief warranted by that party’s individual claim. To the extent that you or we prevail on a claim and seek public injunctive relief (that is, injunctive relief that has the primary purpose and effect of prohibiting unlawful acts that threaten future injury to the public), the entitlement to and extent of such relief must be litigated in a civil court of competent jurisdiction and not in arbitration. The parties agree that litigation of any issues of public injunctive relief shall be stayed pending the outcome of the merits of any individual claims in arbitration.
(f) Class Action Waiver.
YOU AND SPONSOR AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Further, if the parties’ Dispute is resolved through arbitration, the arbitrator may not consolidate another person’s claims with your claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding. If this specific provision is found to be unenforceable, then the entirety of this Dispute Resolution and Arbitration section shall be null and void.
(g) Severability. With the exception of any of the provisions in Section 11(f) (“Class Action Waiver”), if an arbitrator or court of competent jurisdiction decides that any part of these Official Rules is invalid or unenforceable, the other parts of these Official Rules will still apply.
- Entrant's Personal Information. Information collected from entrants is subject to the PUBG MOBILE Privacy Policy, which is available at https://www.pubgmobile.com/privacy.html.
- Languages. These Official Rules may be made in multiple language versions. In the event of a dispute as to the terms of different language versions, the English version shall prevail.
- No Affiliation with Social Media Channels. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any of the social media channels used in connection with this Contest. You understand that you are providing your information to Sponsor and not to the social media channels. The information you provide will only be used as described in these Official Rules and the PUBG MOBILE privacy policy.

Travel Date is June 10th and I paid for expedited passport renewal and shipping
4/24 Dropped off package and money order and usps for expedited shipping
4/28 Department of State shows they received my passport application for review
5/19 Email my senators office and receive a reply that they cannot help but will contact on my behalf on 5/29 for an expedited passport and will send confirmation if I still haven’t received my passport
5/30 Email senators office again because I had not heard anything and they replied that they have contacted but there is a high volume of inquiries right now and not to contact them again for 3-4 days
6/4 Call National Passport Hotline and wait for an hour and a half before the call gets disconnected, call back and wait for another hour and a half and reach someone who puts in a expedited request again. Am told I’m not eligible for an appointment until tomorrow.
6/5 Call again for appointment and am told there are none available and I’m starting to freak out because I travel in 5 days
6/5 Email both my congress rep and senators office again inquiring about passport
6/6 congress reps office calls back and has sent in another inquiry, senators office emails back and says my passport is being sent to an urgent travel team. I receive an email from ups that I have a package scheduled to be delivered tomorrow and I’m crossing my fingers it’s my passport.
6/7 My passport shows up at my front door, three days before I leave!!!
I am so relieved now and honestly don’t think I would have gotten it in time if I didn’t annoy my senators office with constant emails & only knew to do that because of this group. Good luck everyone still waiting on a passport!!

For people that are buying/selling/trading Dillon Amp tickets from Tixr: How are you doing it?
It's my understanding that the tickets are non-transferrable. Does the seller create a PDF, send it to the buyer, and then the buyer just needs to trust that the seller won't use it first? I trust PL fam but this whole ticket situation has me trusting absolutely nobody. Looking for suggestions.
On the same topic - I know the "bot scrub" has begun, but is there any news about when the scrubbed tickets will be released to the waitlist? I assume that hasn't started yet because I haven't seen any recent posts about receiving waitlist tickets.
