TLDR: Theoretically, an abusive market participant could pit retail traders against each other, in an attempt to force a basket of SWAPS to trade within a specified channel. Thus, creating profit and serving to delay the closing of short positions.
Corridor swaps, also known as corridor options or corridor spread options, are financial derivatives that involve the exchange of a series of payments based on the performance of two underlying assets or indexes.
If you like popcorn, or any other number of things not named GME, your ears should be ringing right about now, but I digress...
In a corridor swap, the two underlying assets or indexes are typically referred to as "legs." The swap establishes a range or corridor within which the performance of the two legs is evaluated. The corridor is defined by two specified levels: an upper level and a lower level. The upper level represents the maximum value that the first leg can reach, while the lower level represents the minimum value that the second leg can reach.
The swap agreement specifies the payment structure based on the relative performance of the two legs. If at any point during the swap's duration the first leg's value exceeds the upper level or the second leg's value falls below the lower level, the swap is "knocked out" or terminated early. If neither of these knockout events occurs, the swap continues until its maturity date.

We set up a range, or corridor, within which we evaluate the performance of Leg A and Leg B. We have an upper level and a lower level that define this corridor. Leg A should not go above the upper level, and Leg B should not go below the lower level.

If Leg A stays below the upper level and Leg B stays above the lower level, we make fixed payments. Ok, so how about an example?
If the securities tickers GME (GameStop) and POP (Popcorn) were used as the underlying assets in a corridor swap, the performance of these stocks would determine the payments within the swap. Here's a theoretical example of how it could work:

1. Setting the Corridor: Let's say we define the corridor for the corridor swap as follows:

• Upper Level: $100 for GME (GameStop)
• Lower Level: $3 for POP (Popcorn Holdings)

1. Payment Structure: If, during the duration of the swap, GME stays below $100 and POP stays above $3, fixed payments are made according to the agreed terms. However, if GME goes above $100 or POP falls below $3, the swap terminates early, and the remaining payments are adjusted accordingly.
2. Performance Evaluation: At regular intervals (such as daily, weekly, or monthly), the values of GME and POP are compared to the upper and lower levels of the corridor.

• Scenario 1: GME stays below $100 and POP stays above $3: In this case, fixed payments would be made according to the swap agreement, as long as both GME and POP remain within the corridor.
• Scenario 2: GME goes above $100 or POP falls below $3: If at any point GME exceeds $100 or POP drops below $30, the swap is knocked out or terminated early. The remaining payments would be calculated based on the termination conditions specified in the swap agreement.

Hmmmm.......

I'm not really familiar with physics past high school stuff, so I need some help here.
I was trying to figure out what's the ultimate "max" range of a bullet fired from a rifle, i.e. at 45 degree angle.
First thing, lots of articles and calculators online just happily ignore air resistance, which I understand have a massive effect for something as fast as a bullet. Secondly, I can't get much info on the drag coefficient of particular bullets; some ammunition manufacturers would publish the ballistic coefficient, but I'm not sure how to use that for trajectory. And third, I'm not sure if travelling above Mach 1 will have any effect on the drag as well.
Could you guide me through how to calculate the max range (assuming flat terrain, firing at 45 degree angle) and what constants do I need to know?

I was looking at my current pension transfer value and the number did not come close to what I had been tracking.
I had estimated the value (with employer match) to be around $22k right now but the transfer value in the actual CWA calculator said $13k.
Assumptions:

• Average of about $200 per pay-check over career contributed to pension
  
• I have been with the plan for 26 months consecutively no breaks in service so the employer match should be there since I am over 2 years
  

Rough calculation:
($200) x (26 pay periods/year) x (2 for employer match) x 2.167 years of service = $22,537
Can anyone explain why the transfer value is almost $10k less?

So I’m building a dating app. Although not explicitly an alt/kink app, I want to focus on the kink community as the core demographic. Pretty much there was OkC that was butchered up in the Match merger and Feeld which is becoming more and more sanitized as it becomes more popular.
My app calculates a score kinda like OkC so I want to have a list of kinks to choose from instead of just putting it in a custom text box like Feeld has. Problem is there are so many it is hard to organize, and I want some sort of organization system so people aren’t just scrolling or typing everything in a search bar.
Can anyone link any good examples of various kink lists that they feel do a good job?

So she starts yelling and takes the hotspot, saying I’m lying, since she’s in my room screaming I grab my camera and go outside. I then step back inside and she is still screaming, and eventually follows me out the house. Once I’m outside she says I can stay on the porch, then locks the door. I bang on the door with my foot, then threw rocks. I go to my neighbor and tell him to call police. Thirty minutes later, they come. They talk to us, I pick up the rocks, and she’s still antagonizing me. As soon as I step in the house she goes “Welcome Back.” in a condescending tone, then chuckles. I ignore her. She then comes in my room while I’m listening to music and threatens to bring my YouTube channel down if I post my story anywhere. I’m singing in my room, and eventually she storms from the kitchen to my room with that pissed off look on her face. I was frightened she would surely hit me. Since my window was wide open, I jumps out. I’m on the first floor. I walk to the front door and she greets me asking why I did that. I explained to her she’d hit or yell at me. Then she continually asks why I jumped out the window and says we don’t jump out windows. Well that’s a rule that never came up my entire life until now. So I say “okay, I won’t jump out the window, can you let me in?” She’s standing in front of the doorway. She says no, we’re gonna sit outside. So I walk to my neighbors house to call the cops after asking her to let me in multiple times and stating my case. The neighbor I told was the same neighbor from the first time, asked “Weren’t they just here?” so I state d my case, then he told me to hold on, yet never came to the door. When I was waiting for him to come to the door I’d try to come up to the house. Every time I’d come up to the door, she’d open it, as if she’s standing right there waiting for me to approach, and antagonize me by laughing, screaming, or running a few steps from the door. I go to two other houses to call the cops. 30 minutes later, they haven’t arrived so my sis says she’ll get me some clothes since I have on a short spaghetti strap lingerie dress with to underwear on. I said I’ll try to go in and see if she does anything. To my utter surprise she went upstairs with a basket of clothes like she wasn’t just refusing me entry. I honestly think she finally got tired. Now I’m chilling in my room, a cop comes, she tells him her story, with lies in between. One of them was that I was screaming, when I was singing along to my music in my headphones. Yet the officer now thinks I was just screaming. Then she says to him that my mental health isn’t the best. When I have a 4.0 and stay out of trouble? But because my dad’s mother has bad mental health, she blamed this situation on that, saying I inherited it. It’s funny how she never brings up the declining mental health on her side (my grandmother). When he does talk to me, he says I ran away, it wasn’t an emergency, and I need to stop calling them. Eventually I say I’m uncomfortable, because he obviously doesn’t understand the seriousness of the situation now that I’m back in the house, and is on her side. He even agreed with her when she said she’s gonna send me to a mental health facility that my sister went to for hurting herself. This does not equate to that. I want to spread light on the dangerousness of verbal abuse. Throughout my life I’ve been verbally abused to the core, and I can’t wait until I’m free of these chains. TL;DR: I’m a 16 year old female who is constantly having to call the police due to my birther refusing to allow me entry into my home. I’ve been suffering verbal abuse from her for years, and haven’t been sharing my story because my abuser threatens to take my social media page down. I haven’t called CPS because the first time they came, they declared it wasn’t sever enough to remove me from the home. I feel like I’m locked in these chains that I can’t escape until I’m 18, and I’ve finally reached my breaking point.

I am running some P2P apps (non-torrenting) that require maximum uptime and ideally decent geographical diversity.
Everything is currently running through a VPN provider using a single peer and basic port forwarding using UFW. This currently works fine, but doesn't offer any protection in the event that Peer0 goes down, and obviously doesn't provide the geographical diversity I'm seeking.

Is the desired configuration achievable all on a Linux machine with a single WAN/NIC connection? I feel like it should be, but don't know enough about the networking side of things to be able to figure it out. Hence, this post.

Hello!
I have a Power Query table that contains a list of customers and when we talked to them with date of that conversation. This data gets updated daily and we want to change from 60 days from date of conversation to be days but if that ends in the current month, keep until end of month.
We previously used previous + current month to calculate this but would lead to some issues with reps sandbagging at the end of the month to get a more full 2 month term on the date.
Any advice on how to filter this?

I (32m) am in a wonderful, nurturing, supportive relationship with my fiancé (31f). We plan on getting married next year and I have no doubt she is a phenomenal life partner.
As the date approaches, my thoughts have turned to one particular ex, with whom I shared a passionate, deep connection. We broke up because we were horrible together and triggered her avoidance and my anxiousness like nothing I’ve ever experienced before. That said, we shared a deep connection (dare I say trauma bond?) that resulted in the best and most intense sex of my life. I craved her bodily daily—she was gorgeous and had curves that drove me wild.
But…I don’t want her back and I don’t want to leave my fiancé. My sex life with my fiancée is good but lacks that feeling of “ripping off each others clothes.” Some weight gain, stress, and injury is to blame for some of that, but I am committed to her and her to me.
Last I heard, my ex is with someone new and in love and I haven’t kept up with her or her social media since then.
My brain wanders back to our physical connection, to what might have been, to a bit of jealousy that her new man gets to experience the thrilling highs of passion we once shared. But logically I know this was not good for me, though perhaps it is good for the new guy. I can’t help but think maybe she has now turned into the right partner for another person, just not for me.
Again, it’s a confusing swirl of passion and longing. Can anyone relate? What did you do to work through it?

I have a pivot table that displays volume for this year and last year or a particular product group and product package. I'm working with sales mixes so these values are displayed as a percent of the parent total. I would like to create a 3rd column that displays the change. To give some context, 7 cases are shipped of a particular product package within a package group (10 is the parent sub total for the group) , so it would have a 70% sales mix. Same thing with last year sales mix. So if I have a 70% sales mix this year and a 60% sales mix last year, I need a calculated field the gives me the change i.e. 10%. If I try to use a calculated field, I can calculate the change in volume but not the change in mix (% of parent total). I have tried getpivotdata to store the subtotals outside of the pivot table, but the problem is I have a filter by product group and retailer, so its not dynamic.
Looking for guidance to fix the problem or go about it in a different way. I'd be happy to elaborate more if need be. Thanks

I was here for the euphoric AMP listing on coinbase and the rocket ship to 12 cents. Those were the days. Coinbase was handing out AMP tokens like candy for answering a few simple questions to their quizzes. The AMP marketing was genius, headlining on Coinbase and trending like crazy. We finally leveled off at about 6 cents for several months and whoever had a million plus tokens at that time were considered whales, it was such a great time. The AMP reddit was lit and Tyler would give us announcement after announcement. We were all staking and calculating what our passive income would be if AMP would hit .20, .50, and the mighty Jon Kim prediction of a dollar. Dreams of retirement and financial freedom it was awesome. Then....we waited and waited....and waited. The community united and we bought on every single dip, waiting for that moment. But...nothing really transpired, we dipped and dipped and the team went silent way before the SEC intervened. These days, the community has become super toxic, and for valid reasons. Investors just want answers, positive movement in price, a bounce, just something.
