So, my 02 Transit has failed hard at the MOT a few months back. I was quoted nearly 2k to get it back on the road which I did not have. I'm now yearning for the road again and considering it. I suspect that the garage priced the job high as they didn't want to take on the amount of welding and I paid 1k on welding a year prior to the MOT. So does this sound too far gone to attempt revival? Any advice hugely appreciated!
