Just started trying the app out today. Heard lots of glowing feedback during my initial research.
Everything seems great so far, but one thing is leaving me uncertain about the process: I'm looking to lose fat while continue to gain and grow muscle mass. With this in mind, I don't know how to select the offered goals as they seem very binary. Do I select, gain weight, lose weight or maintain?
For the time being, I selected lose weight, but opted for the highest protein option available for macros (hoping this will land me in a small enough TDEE deficit where I lost fat without degrading muscle mass and growth).
Any help, advice or guidance?
(FWIW, I'm a 37yo male, 5'11", 171lbs. I don't do cardio but lift weights 4 times a week.)
