After lots of online research, the only thing for me to do is gather your anecdotes or your experiences from you guys about if any of these three side effects happened to you guys/other people or not.
I plan to take any of these supplement capsule pills for two months and then cycle them off.
That way, I can gauge the safety before I order any of these supplements. Thanks!

It’s been 10 years since I got a cavity filling, at the last one I saw the size of the numbing needle and I told them to just do it without numbing me lol. I was so jacked up on adrenaline I do not remember how the filling actually felt but that’s how badly I did not want to have a shot in my gums. Fast forward to now and I have 6 cavities that need attention. My dentist planned on starting with just two on my upper left side and I would not let her give me the numbing shot. I brought a stress ball, my husband was allowed in the room with me, I made a playlist and had my husbands nice headphones ready to go. They took my blood pressure with a cheap cuff and it read 148/118. I was like “should we be calling 911 this is way too high?!!!” They’re like nah it’s never really accurate. But that was a terrible start to the appointment . Then, I had called ahead of time, and I asked for a numbing agent without epinephrine and they told me they could do that. When I got in the chair I asked the assistant and he said that would be fine. Then the dentist came to me with the needle and I said this ha epinephrine right? She said it has a very small amount. I said I have high blood pressure sometimes and other cardiac issues I would really prefer that we used one with no epinephrine and she said she uses this on cardiac patients all the time and no one has ever complained about a spike in their blood pressure. I still didn’t feel good about it.
It’s crazy, I really don’t care about them drilling into my teeth but poking me with a needle in the gums? Forget about it! I told her I have Hydroxyzine at home that I’ll take before my next appt and she told me “no, I’m giving you Valium” Then before I left the parking lot the front desk called my cell and said “come back, she wants to give you something else.” So she took my script for Valium and gave me one for .25mg of Halcion because she was worried the Valium would be too weak for me 😵‍💫 My 25mg hydroxyzine is enough to knock me out I really don’t want to be taking benzos before a filling.
I cried as soon as the dentist and her assistant left the room though. I’ve come a long way with my needle phobia but this was just too much I guess. I felt like my husband was mad at me (he swears he wasn’t) and I felt stupid coming home to my mom who was babysitting our son saying “sorry for making you drive out this far, I didn’t get the fillings done.”
We’re already rescheduled for Monday but I want to push it farther to give myself a chance to recoup. I’ve actually already rescheduled this appointment twice now but I was so certain I’d go in and get it over with today.
Has anyone else used hydroxyzine for before a filling? Worried about any drug interactions. Or, if any of you have been prescribed halcion/triazolam .25mg for the dentist how did that go?

To preface this i’m a 21 year old male (skinny, no prior heart issues) with health anxiety. I have the apple watch series 8, and I’ve used the ECG feature 45 times before this with no recording of Afib. My chest felt a bit odd (not even 1/10 on the pain scale) so I did an ECG and it said I had AFIB. I did it 3 more times and nothing showed up, then did it a final time after the weird feeling subsided and it showed Afib again. I’ve since used it another 20 or so times over the course of today and it’s all come back perfectly normal.
I’m most likely going to see a cardiologist later this week for peace of mind, but I was wondering if there’s a chance this is a false positive? I have a pretty pronounced sinus arrrythmia (hr goes from 70 to 95 when I breathe in), but that’s supposedly normal for someone my age.

Hi guys, in order to make an “experiment” on a videogame I’d like to find a resolution which has 2 requirements: -it has to be on aspect ratio 4:3 -X:Y, then X/Y has to be 1.6
I’ll try to explain the last requirement with an example: the resolution 1680x1050 is on aspect ratio 16:10, so it’s not what I’m looking for, but it has these thing where 1680/1050 = 1.6
I don’t know if a resolution with those characteristics exist but try to let me know if u find one!

Hi all, silly me.
Last year I began hanging out with this really great group of people. We all have a great time together, it’s about 10 people in the group, male and females, great vibes. We usually go out to bars together or just have fun little hangouts at each other’s places. We’ve all gotten pretty close.
The whole group has been planning to go on a trip to Cancun together next weekend. However, a few months ago I ended up hooking up with one of the guys in this group, Anthony (32M).
Even though I was fully aware this was just a hookup, I unfortunately caught intense feelings for him. He led me on for many weeks after the hookup even though he had no intention of even hanging solo with me again.
Eventually I asked him to stop messaging me since it was obviously going no where. I got really into my head about this all and I needed space to heal from the situation.
I was really looking forward to going on this trip next weekend, even though I know he’d be there. Recently I found out Anthony started dated another girl, Sophia, who’s also in this friend group. This happened right after I ended things with Anthony. They’ve been going out on lots of dates together, and it kind of hit me hard in the ego.
I’ve been considering opting out of this group trip because I think it’s really going to hurt my feelings to see Anthony and Sophia all lovey dovey together. I know myself, and unfortunately I know I will get into a bad headspace and probably end up bringing the vibe down for everyone. I wish I could stop myself from feeling sad about the situation but it’s so recent and I just haven’t gotten over it.
I’m upset because I love everyone else in the group and I’m sure everyone will be disappointed if I suddenly say I can’t go on the trip anymore. I don’t want to cause any drama either.
I just don’t know what the best thing to do here is. I already paid for the resort/activities we’re all doing, and I truly want to make memories with my other friends in the group. But I have a very hard time controlling my emotions and I just know I’m going to be sad over Anthony this whole trip.
Should I just suck it up for the sake of the rest of the group and go? Or should I honor my feelings and sit this trip out? What would be the most noble choice to make here?

I’ve been burnt out for the last 10 or so years of my life. I can barely get myself to go to work. I don’t enjoy things anymore. I don’t go out with my friends. I’m just so burnt out. I have a small list of diagnosis. But what do you do to combat burnout?

AITA for standing up to my bfs mother?
This happened on May 19th 2023, I was waiting at my (18 M) boyfriends house waiting for him to finish getting ready for his grad party that was at my (17 F) house. The party started at 6 and it was 5:55 he lives about 10-15 minutes from my house. Any way I was already annoyed because I walked in their garage at 5:30 to find his mother getting high. Then I found out his brother wasn’t gonna go until he found out there was food. Now for some context with his family is his mom and brother get this disrespectful argue lecture tone. Anyway his mom asks do we need to bring anything. To of which I say (a little annoyed) “No we are already gonna be late” his mom and brother both begin to say in their lecture tone, “He did just get off of work an hour ago!” I stood up and said, “Look I’ve had a rough fucking day. I don’t need to be freaking lectured. Tell Bf to meet me in the freaking car.” And I walked out. I didn’t find out til a couple days later that I slammed the door. I did not mean to. They have stairs and I was wearing slides. If you have ever fast walked in slides you know they fall off. So I began to fall and was holding on to the door. Well now his mom is pissed said I cussed her out and disrespected her. I did apologize for how I left and explained the shoe thing. Well she’s been ignoring me. So when I was hanging out with bf he was trying to explain it to his mom over text to of which she said, “ you weren’t there she’s lucky I didn’t slap the piss out of her” so I Texted her today (june 1st) that I have tried being patient and I get she’s angry but we need to talk things out. I also told her that I had seen that text message and if she ever threatened me again I would no longer speak with her. She then got pissed and texted bf that I threatened her. (After the events on the 19th she told bf I cussed her out). AITA ? What should I do? My mom knows everything. My dad knows everything except for the threatening to slap me. Both my parents have said I did the right thing and I am not the A.

Long post, sorry, tried to keep it to the essentials.
My sister is currently visiting with her four kids, the oldest being 10, the youngest 1. They’re staying at my mom’s, an hour or so away from me. Prior to this trip, I had texted her asking how she wanted to handle me introducing my then-girlfriend, now-fiancée to her children. This went… poorly, to say the least. We were raised extremely religious and though we’ve both since left that church, she still holds many of the same beliefs, including that being lesbian is a choice and a sin. Her texts back were incredibly hurtful and some were downright disgusting. I blocked her and told my mom I wouldn’t be visiting while she was here. I’ve since backed down on that because I really want to see my niece and nephews and can just ignore my sister for a few hours while we all get dinner tomorrow night. My question is, if the kids ask questions about who this new person is at dinner or about the ring I’m wearing (I have a feeling my niece will notice), how should I answer? It feels disrespectful to our relationship to say she’s a friend, but that’s what my sister wants. I don’t really feel like respecting her wishes due to how she’s treated me, but would I be creating drama out of pettiness if I didn’t? She has a history of completely disregarding my wishes - like not telling me until minutes before that my dad was showing up for Christmas, even though he abused me for over 10 years and I had made it clear that I wanted nothing to do with him - so I don’t feel like I need to listen to hers, but I’m conflicted.
How have other people handled complicated family? Do I take a stand or keep the peace? I hate confrontation but I also hate getting walked all over.

Hi! I’m looking to replace my nearly 10 year old character shoes from high school. Unfortunately, between then and now my feet have only gotten wider, and squeezing them into a size 6.5 no longer works. My toes hurt.
Is there ANY brand that offers women’s width E or EE in a size 6? Or would I have to get a custom shoe? How much would that cost?
